It’s Wednesday, February 16th, 2022…but before we begin, we always enjoy the brilliance of Kevin Williamson, and his latest offering,\u00a0The Forever Emergency<\/em><\/span><\/a>, was certainly no exception.\u00a0 We did, however, take exception to this…<\/strong><\/p>\n

“But the kind of wounds we have as Americans are not the kind that can be healed by shared trauma or shared grief, or by political factionalism based on these. Covid-19 did not make us one and whole any more than 9\/11 did 20 years before.<\/span> War with the Russians or the Chinese is not going to do it, either.<\/em> Our Republican\u2013Democrat split is no more about political policies than Northern Ireland\u2019s Catholic\u2013Protestant troubles were about theology, and, as such, there is no political solution possible<\/em><\/span><\/strong>.<\/span><\/span>“<\/p>\n

The split between Republicans and Socialists isn’t<\/em><\/span> about political policies?\u00a0 Seriously?!?\u00a0 What about…<\/strong><\/p>\n

1. When it comes to most every problem facing this nation, not only is government NOT the solution, but government likely IS the problem.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

2. When government action is<\/em><\/span> required, outside of the powers specifically granted Washington under the Constitution, solutions should come at the state and local level.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

3. Our borders should be secure<\/em><\/span> and illegal aliens deported<\/em><\/span>.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

4. Although abortion is murder, see #2 above.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

5. Anyone in need of government assistance must be a citizen and be required to perform some form of labor.\u00a0 Such government assistance should never be in the form of cash.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

6. Free market Capitalism is what made America great, and should continue as the bedrock of our financial system.\u00a0 Socialism\/Communism has NEVER worked, and they are evil political systems (Yes, including<\/em><\/span> the CCP) that enslave the masses to benefit only those animals who are more equal than others.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

7. Taxes can never be too low.\u00a0 Out of control spending is the problem, NOT insufficient tax revenue.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

8. The Constitution means precisely what the Founding Fathers wrote, does not contain penumbras formed by emanations and needs no interpretation or updating to codify perversion and decadence.\u00a0 And the 2nd Amendment wasn’t included because the deer were coming.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

9. The science of anthropogenic global warming is junk, no matter what term you use in promoting it.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

10. The Wuhan virus was developed in the Wuhan Institute of Virology with financial assistance granted from Drs. Anthony Fauci and Francis Collins.\u00a0 The lockdowns were incredibly costly and counterproductive, masking utterly unnecessary and any health emergency is over.\u00a0 And no government has the right to force individuals to take a vaccine,<\/span> nor make one’s employment contingent upon same<\/em><\/span><\/a>.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

11. The vast majority of police officers are good, every single criminal is bad.\u00a0 And riots, looting, arson and murder aren’t legitimate forms of protest.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

12. Swift and sure imposition<\/em><\/span> of the death penalty in appropriate cases is an effective deterrent to crime.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

13. The vast majority of the homeless are addicts, suffering from psychological problems or both.\u00a0 And they’re homeless ’cause they don’t want to live by anyone else’s rules.\u00a0 Society needs protection from them<\/em><\/span>, not<\/em><\/span> vice versa.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

14. There are only two genders, and mentally-challenged males should not participate in women’s sports, let alone be allowed access to women’s bathrooms and locker rooms.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

15. People who never owned slaves are not beholden to those who were never enslaved.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

16. Black Lies Matter<\/em> is based on utter and complete fabrications. America is no more systemically racist than Elizabeth Warren is a Cherokee.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

17. The<\/span> president of El Salvador is right<\/em><\/span><\/a>, and<\/span> Justin Trudeau completely wrong<\/em><\/span><\/a>.<\/span>\u00a0 Hells bells, even the Canadian Civil Liberties Association agrees with us:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

We could go on…and on…and on, ad nauseam, ad infinitum, but you get the point: The divide between Republicans and Dimocrats, particularly at the grassroots level,\u00a0is<\/em><\/span>\u00a0based on political policies, and the span of the abyss is as far as the East is from the West.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Now, here’s The Gouge<\/em>!<\/strong><\/p>\n

“…The current case hinges on whether Mr. Sussmann, then at the Perkins Coie law firm, was honest about his work for the Clinton campaign. But the other<\/em><\/span> alleged abuses described by the special counsel in Friday\u2019s filing appear to be far worse<\/em><\/span>.<\/span> Mr. Durham\u2019s story of the extreme lengths that Clinton allies allegedly went to gather information and then misrepresent it to harm Mr. Trump will leave many readers asking how any of this could possibly have been legal<\/em><\/span>.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

…<\/span>To sum up the special counsel\u2019s argument in this case, an appalling abuse<\/em><\/span> of private and public resources to gather dirt on Donald Trump did not turn up any dirt<\/em><\/span>.<\/span> So the alleged perpetrators just pretended<\/em><\/span> they had found something significant and<\/em><\/span> tried to persuade federal agencies that Mr. Trump had disturbing connections to Russians. Mr. Sussmann maintains that he is not guilty and deserves the presumption of innocence just like everybody else.<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

As for the political campaign that was paying the bills, was there anything<\/em><\/span> that Hillary Clinton would not do<\/em><\/span> to her 2016 opponent?<\/strong><\/span>“<\/p>\n

Or any other…<\/strong><\/p>\n

Meanwhile, when not completely ignoring the story, the MSM continues to peddle the totally discredited Russian collusion narrative<\/em><\/span><\/a> as fast as Ben Shapiro can talk, as evidenced by this tweet from New York Times<\/em> propagandist Mike McIntire:<\/strong><\/p>\n

McIntire’s intransigence couldn’t be connected to the fact, as his Times bio page notes, he\u00a0“shared the 2017 Pulitzer Prize for reporting on covert Russian interference in the U.S. presidential election”.\u00a0 The Times<\/em> certainly seems to have mastered the art of receiving Pulitzer Prizes for material misrepresentations of the facts<\/em><\/span><\/a>.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

And though Federalist<\/em> editor-in-chief Mollie Hemingway was dead-on, balls accurate when she tweeted…<\/strong><\/p>\n

“I\u2019m far too kind when I say most corporate media exist to protect Democrats\/the establishment and advance their agenda. Any person not fighting the propaganda press with everything they have is part of the problem<\/em>.”<\/strong><\/p>\n
