Biden Returns Empty-Handed from the Middle East<\/span><\/a><\/span><\/h1>\n

The president failed to secure more oil from the Saudis and made little progress on Israeli-Palestinan relations or anything else<\/span><\/a>.<\/span><\/h3>\n

“President Joe Biden\u2019s trip to the Middle East, now in the rearview mirror, might easily have been summarized in advance: It pleased no one, angered some, achieved little, and underscored both the president and his nation\u2019s weakness. Osama bin Laden understood correctly that, \u201cWhen people see a strong horse and a weak horse, by nature they will like the strong horse.\u201d<\/span> And sadly, Joe Biden is no\u00a0strong horse<\/a><\/em><\/span>.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

…<\/span>And then the president came home.<\/span> He inked an\u00a0agreement<\/a><\/em><\/span>\u00a0for economic cooperation between India, Israel, the United States, and the United Arab Emirates. He invited the Emirati leader to visit Washington.<\/span> But the overall impression<\/em><\/span> was that of a fading president and fading American power<\/em><\/span>. A recent\u00a0promise<\/a><\/em><\/span>\u00a0not to \u201cwalk away and leave a vacuum to be filled by China, Russia or Iran,\u201d felt hollow after the ignominious U.S. retreat from Afghanistan, hesitation over Ukraine, and inability to reseal the Iran nuclear deal or persuade Saudi Arabia to ramp up oil production, not to speak of the Biden\u2019s faltering leadership at home.<\/span><\/strong><\/span>“<\/p>\n

Two memes forwarded by Balls Cotton pretty well sum up the situation in which Biden’s complete lack of competence…<\/strong><\/p>\n

….and his party’s dedication to destroying America…<\/strong><\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

….leaves us.\u00a0 It ain’t pretty.\u00a0 In fact, given the state of our domestic economy and potential foreign perils, it’s downright dangerous.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The Bard wrote, “Some are born great, some achieve greatness, and some have greatness thrust upon them.”\u00a0 Quite the opposite, we’d suggest Joseph Robinette Biden, Jr. is the living embodiment of the Peter Principle<\/span><\/em><\/span><\/a>, but that would imply Joe had been competent at some point in his past.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Truth is, the only real accomplishment of Biden’s career has been staying in office, which, as this meme suggests…<\/strong><\/p>\n

…has been over a half-century of abject failure and incompetence, during which he’s left a wide swath of destruction in his self-serving wake.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Which provides the perfect segue into the question…<\/strong><\/p>\n
