text-decoration: underline;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.nationalreview.com\/2022\/12\/the-twitter-files-miss-the-real-scandal-fbi-interference-in-the-2020-election\/?itm_campaign=headline-testing-the-twitter-files-miss-the-real-scandal-fbi-interference-in-the-2020-election&amp;itm_medium=headline&amp;itm_source=nationalreview&amp;itm_content=The%20%E2%80%98Twitter%20Files%E2%80%99%20Miss%20the%20Real%20Scandal&amp;itm_term=The%20%E2%80%98Twitter%20Files%E2%80%99%20Miss%20the%20Real%20Scandal\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" data-testid=\"dynamic-link\">In the 2020 election<\/a><\/em><\/span><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">, the bureau collaborated with congressional Democrats to push the bogus narrative that the\u00a0<em>Post<\/em>\u2019s reporting \u2014 its allegations that members of Joe Biden\u2019s family leveraged his political influence into millions of dollars in foreign money \u2014 was \u201cRussian disinformation.\u201d<\/span> Not content with that, the FBI also encouraged social-media platforms to suppress the reporting. <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">And on the eve of the election, 51 national-security pooh-bahs followed the bureau\u2019s lead, peddling the fiction that the Hunter Biden laptop was a Kremlin plant.<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><strong>This was profound, counter-constitutional interference in our elections by\u00a0<em>our\u00a0<\/em>government. <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">Yet, we\u2019re expected to tolerate it because of Clinton-campaign-generated spin about Russian hacking that didn\u2019t affect the outcome of the 2016 election, that the government\u2019s lawyers refuse to raise even when \u2014 as in Assange\u2019s extradition proceedings \u2014 raising it would seem to be in the government\u2019s interest, that federal prosecutors apparently can\u2019t prove, and that may not have happened at all.<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><strong>I don\u2019t know about you, but <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><em>I\u2019m <\/em><em>not convinced<\/em><\/span> that our totally nonpartisan, highly professional, utterly scrupulous government <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><em>is being straight with us<\/em><\/span>.<\/strong><\/span>&#8220;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Here&#8217;s the juice: We&#8217;re afraid, as this meme courtesy of Balls suggests, the unconstitutional\/criminal activities of the DOJ\/FBI are just&#8230;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.thedailygouge.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/12\/Picture31.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-105817\" src=\"http:\/\/www.thedailygouge.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/12\/Picture31.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"420\" height=\"397\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.thedailygouge.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/12\/Picture31.jpg 420w, https:\/\/www.thedailygouge.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/12\/Picture31-300x284.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 420px) 100vw, 420px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>&#8230;the tip of the iceberg.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Next, courtesy of Ed Hickey, in what could be <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><em>the<\/em><\/span> most powerful refutation of the victim mentality Progressives have been peddling for decades <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><em>ever<\/em><\/span>, one Derrick Wilburn exposes the destructive lies behind <em>Black Lies Matter<\/em> and <em>CRT<\/em>:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"YouTube video player\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/L2fGVbMYp54\" width=\"420\" height=\"235\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><span data-mce-type=\"bookmark\" style=\"display: inline-block; he said. <\/span>&#8220;We weren\u2019t going to trade bad guys for celebrities because it creates the wrong incentives for the bad guys as we go forward. <span style=\"color: #333399;\">It&#8217;s not good for American national security.<\/span> It&#8217;s not good for people who are traveling across the world.&#8221;<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"speakable\" style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #333399;\">Pompeo said the Biden administration\u2019s deal with Russia sends the wrong message to America\u2019s enemies, and that people &#8220;of notoriety&#8221; traveling abroad are less safe today because of it.\u00a0<\/span><\/strong><\/span><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>&#8220;My mission was always to get every American back but at the same time not create the risk that more Americans would be taken in,&#8221; he said. <span style=\"color: #333399;\">&#8220;There is no doubt that today not just Vladimir Putin, but all the bad guys, the Iranians, those who hold Americans in detention, see that if you take a celebrity, the chance of getting one of your bad guys back out of American control is greater.&#8221;<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>&#8220;I think for people out there of notoriety, it is more likely they will be taken hostage today, and that is not a good policy,&#8221; In what ranks up there with the greatest acts of woke hypocrisy ever, the <em>Metzger Bar and Butchery<\/em>, the Richmond, VA establishment which refused to serve a party from a Christian group, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.foxnews.com\/us\/virginia-christian-group-denied-service-restaurant-safety-concerns-amazingly-hypocritical\" class=\"broken_link\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline; color: #0000ff;\"><em>inexplicably claims to have &#8220;always prided itself on being an inclusive environment for people to dine in<\/em><\/span><\/a>&#8220;.\u00a0 You know, <em>inclusive<\/em>&#8230;<span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><em>except<\/em><\/span> for Christians.\u00a0 Can these people <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><em>truly not see<\/em><\/span> the irreconcilable inconsistency of their position?!?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><strong>(2). <a href=\"https:\/\/www.foxnews.com\/us\/2-georgia-men-wrongfully-convicted-murder-seen-first-time-walking-free-25-years-later\" class=\"broken_link\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline; color: #0000ff;\"><em>This story from the Peach State brings three thoughts to mind<\/em><\/span><\/a>: (i) If playing Russian Roulette is a bad idea, using live ammo while doing so is worse; (ii)\u00a0<span style=\"color: #000000;\">Bad cops are equal-opportunity offenders; and, (iii) With no disrespect whatsoever to the departed, his demise likely deepened the gene pool<\/span>.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><strong>(3).
