video player\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/Z1Z4O6SQMx8?start=2095&amp;end=2098&amp;\" width=\"420\" height=\"235\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><span data-mce-type=\"bookmark\" style=\"display: inline-block; width: 0px; overflow: hidden; line-height: 0;\" class=\"mce_SELRES_start\">\ufeff<\/span><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p><strong>While Merrick Garland and Chris Wray busy their departments chasing what they dutifully deem the greatest threat to America, Christians and White Nationalists, <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><em>actual<\/em><\/span> terrorists, <span style=\"color: #000000;\">both foreign <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><em>and<\/em><\/span> domestic,\u00a0<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.foxnews.com\/us\/who-attacking-planned-police-training-center-atlanta-dubbed-cop-city-why\"><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><em><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">struck again in Atlanta<\/span><\/em><\/span><\/a>:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">&#8220;<span style=\"color: #800080;\"><strong>Atlanta Police Chief Darin Schierbaum\u00a0said the violence seen on Sunday marked a &#8220;significant escalation&#8221; in violence and the number of suspects involved.\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><span style=\"color: #800080;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #333399;\">&#8220;This wasn\u2019t about a public safety training center.<\/span> This was about anarchy, and this was about an attempt to destabilize. <span style=\"color: #333399;\">And we are addressing that quickly,&#8221; Schierbaum told reporters Sunday.<\/span> &#8220;Actions such as this will not be tolerated. <span style=\"color: #333399;\">You attack law enforcement officers, you damage equipment, you are breaking the law.<\/span> This was a very violent attack that occurred this evening.&#8221;<span style=\"color: #333399;\">\u00a0Schierbaum said he has been clear on what a protest is versus violence, and that &#8220;legitimate protests&#8221; would have the &#8220;the full protection of the Atlanta Police Department.&#8221;<\/span><picture><\/picture><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><span style=\"color: #800080;\"><strong>Instead, Schierbaum said\u00a0the incidents on Sunday were &#8220;criminal activity.&#8221;\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><span style=\"color: #800080;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #333399;\">&#8220;This is not a protest.<\/span> This is criminal activity. <span style=\"color: #333399;\">And the charges that will be brought forth will show that,&#8221; he said.\u00a0<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><span style=\"color: #800080;\"><strong>Both Schierbaum and [Georgia Attorney General Chris] Carr have highlighted to the media this week that the majority of suspects detained on Sunday were not from the state of Georgia, let alone Atlanta. <span style=\"color: #333399;\">Out of the 23 charged, two were from the Peach State.\u00a0<\/span><\/strong><\/span><span style=\"color: #800080;\"><strong>&#8220;So this is a national network, an international group of people that are organized to come to our state to undermine a public safety training center,&#8221; Carr said<\/strong><\/span>&#8230;&#8221;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Which begs the question of both Garland and Wray&#8230;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"YouTube have&#8230;fired a warning shot prior to using deadly force.\u00a0 Two, by the same token, if one chooses to define the attempt by a minority of the trespassers to disrupt the certification of the electoral votes as an &#8220;insurrection&#8221;, must one not, in fairness, term a conspiracy on the part of Dimocrats, the MSM, DOJ, FBI, Facebook and Twitter to change the outcome of the election an &#8220;insurrection&#8221;&#8230;or at the <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><em>very least<\/em><\/span> a concerted effort to <span style=\"text-decoration: data-testid=\"standard-link\">directed and approved a paper<\/a>\u00a0titled, \u201cThe Proximal Origin of SARS-CoV-2,\u201d which he <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><em>later cited<\/em><\/span> to cast the\u00a0<span style=\"text-decoration: underline; color: #0000ff;\"><em><a style=\"color: #0000ff; text-decoration: underline;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.nationalreview.com\/2023\/02\/eyes-wide-shut-the-covid-origins-story\/\" data-testid=\"dynamic-link\">lab-leak theory as a myth<\/a><\/em><\/span>.\u00a0<\/strong><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>\u201cNew evidence released by the Select Subcommittee today suggests that Dr. Fauci \u2018<span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><em>prompted<\/em><\/span>\u2019 the drafting of a publication that would \u2018<span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><em>disprove<\/em><\/span>\u2019 the lab leak theory, the authors of this paper <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><em>skewed available evidence to achieve that goal<\/em><\/span>, <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><em>and<\/em><\/span> Dr. Jeremy Farrar <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><em>went uncredited despite significant involvement<\/em><\/span>,\u201d a\u00a0<span style=\"text-decoration: underline; color: #0000ff;\"><em><a style=\"color: #0000ff; text-decoration: underline;\" href=\"https:\/\/oversight.house.gov\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/03\/2023.03.05-SSCP-Memo-Re.-New-Evidence.Proximal-Origin.pdf\" data-testid=\"standard-link\">memo from the committee read<\/a><\/em><\/span>.<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><span style=\"color: #333399;\"><strong>On February 1, 2020, Fauci, then director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases, and Dr. Francis Collins, then director of the National Institutes of Health, <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><em>held a call with several scientists to discuss the origins of the virus<\/em><\/span>. <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">A group of evolutionary virologists on the call informed Fauci and Collins that Covid may have stemmed from a lab accident and may have been genetically engineered, according to the memo.\u00a0<\/span><\/strong><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><em>Three days later<\/em><\/span>, <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><em>four<\/em><\/span> of the experts who attended that meeting drafted a research document, <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><em>which was forwarded to Fauci upon completion for editing and approval<\/em><\/span>. <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">The paper, later published in\u00a0<em>Nature Medicine<\/em>, argued that Covid had \u201cmutations\u201d that supported the explanation that it had been transmitted to humans from animals.<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><span style=\"color: #333399;\"><strong>One of the four authors, Dr. Kristin Andersen, <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><em>admits<\/em><\/span> in a cover email sent to\u00a0<em>Nature\u00a0<\/em>that <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><em>Fauci \u201cprompted<\/em><\/span>\u201d the paper\u2019s drafting <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><em>in order to \u201cdisprove\u201d the lab-leak theory<\/em><\/span>.\u00a0<\/strong><strong><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">\u201cThere has been a lot of speculation, fear-mongering, and conspiracies put forward in this space.<\/span> [This paper <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><em>was] Prompted by Jeremy Farrah [sic], Tony Fauci, and Francis Collins<\/em><\/span>,\u201d Andersen wrote in the email, released Sunday by the House committee.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><span style=\"color: #333399;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">In April, 2020, Fauci addressed reporters at a White House press conference alongside former president Trump, <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><em>pointing to the paper as justification<\/em><\/span> for his belief that the lab-leak theory was a <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><em>far-fetched conspiracy<\/em><\/span>.<\/span> Fauci <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><em>did not acknowledge his own role<\/em><\/span> in commissioning the paper and <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><em>feigned ignorance<\/em><\/span> as to the identities of its authors.\u00a0<\/strong><strong><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">\u201cThere was a study recently where a group of highly qualified evolutionary virologists looked at the sequences \u2026 in bats as they evolve and the mutations that it took to get to the point where it is now is totally consistent with a jump of a species from an animal to a human,\u201d Fauci said at the time.<\/span>\u00a0<\/strong><strong>\u201cSo, the paper will be available. <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><em>I don\u2019t have the authors right now<\/em><\/span>, but we can make it available to you,\u201d he said.<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><span style=\"color: #333399;\"><strong>Fauci told\u00a0<em>National Geographic<\/em>\u00a0a month later that Covid \u201c<span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><em>could not have been<\/em><\/span> artificially or deliberately manipulated.\u201d<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><span style=\"color: #333399;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">&#8230;<\/span><strong><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">This month, the\u00a0Department of Energy\u00a0<a style=\"color: #ff0000;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.nationalreview.com\/news\/waiting-for-the-media-mea-culpa-on-the-lab-leak-theory\/\" data-testid=\"dynamic-link\">assessed<\/a>\u00a0that Covid most likely originated from a laboratory leak, according to a classified intelligence report included in an update to a 2021 document by Director of National Intelligence Avril Haines\u2019s office.\u00a0<\/span>The FBI arrived at the same conclusion with \u201cmoderate confidence\u201d in 2021, according to declassified intelligence report. <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">Bureau\u00a0director Christopher Wray\u00a0<span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><a style=\"color: #0000ff;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.nationalreview.com\/news\/fbi-director-says-covid-most-likely-emerged-from-chinese-lab-leak\/\"><em><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">went on the record<\/span><\/em><\/a><\/span> with Fox News Tuesday with that opinion<\/span><\/strong><\/span>&#8230;&#8221;<\/p>\n<p><strong>While some,\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.wsj.com\/articles\/how-scientists-got-the-covid-lab-leak-wrong-wuhan-institute-of-virology-wet-market-theory-virus-china-hubei-psychology-hypothesis-99a9481b?mod=opinion_lead_pos5\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline; color: #0000ff;\"><em>like the author of this commentary in the Journal<\/em><\/span><\/a>, acknowledge mistakes were made but refuse to ascribe malice aforethought to the errors, it&#8217;s our opinion the sheer volume of patent prevarications and deliberate deceptions Dr. Faux Chi disseminated establishes a clear pattern beyond any reasonable doubt, just as a desire to conceal his direct involvement in funding the gain-of-function research at the Wuhan Institute of Virology that produced and then unleashed the COVID-19 on an unexpecting world furnishes motive.\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong><strong>Yo, Tony&#8230;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"YouTube video player\" At least half either currently sit or have previously served on committees dealing with foreign affairs, the U.S. military, investigations and national security.\u201d<\/span> As of this morning, Vermont senator\u00a0Bernie Sanders, New Jersey senator\u00a0Cory Booker, Pennsylvania senator\u00a0John Fetterman, Minnesota representative\u00a0Ilhan Omar, Michigan representative\u00a0Rashida Tlaib, and New York representative\u00a0Jamaal Bowman\u00a0still have Tik Tok accounts, among others. <span style=\"color: #800000;\">New York representative Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez\u00a0<span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><em>appears<\/em><\/span> to have pulled her content.<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><em>Way to go<\/em><\/span>, members of Congress. <span style=\"color: #800000;\">This thing is <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><em>too dangerous<\/em><\/span> to carry into the Pentagon, but you\u2019re <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><em>keeping it<\/em><\/span> on your personal phone because you\u2019re afraid you might miss the latest dance craze that\u2019s going viral.<\/span> And if the last three years of our lives have taught us anything, hasn\u2019t it been that <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><em>anything<\/em><\/span> that comes to us from China and \u201cgoes viral\u201d probably isn\u2019t good for us?<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><span style=\"color: #800000;\"><strong>Back in 2021, the\u00a0<span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><em><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><a style=\"color: #0000ff; text-decoration: underline;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.wsj.com\/articles\/tiktok-algorithm-sex-drugs-minors-11631052944\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" data-testid=\"standard-link\">Wall Street Journal\u00a0published a terrifying expos\u00e9<\/a><\/span><\/em><\/span>\u00a0about how its reporters logged into TikTok as underage users, and were <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><em>gradually exposed to more and more sexual material, outright pornography, and drug-related content<\/em><\/span>:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><p><em><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><strong>TikTok served one account registered as a 13-year-old at least 569 videos about drug use, references to cocaine and meth addiction, and promotional videos for online sales of drug products and paraphernalia. <span style=\"color: #800000;\">Hundreds of similar videos appeared in the feeds of the Journal\u2019s other minor accounts.<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/em><\/p>\n<p><em><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><strong>TikTok also showed the Journal\u2019s teenage users more than 100 videos from accounts recommending paid pornography sites and sex shops. <span style=\"color: #800000;\">Thousands of others were from creators who labeled their content as for adults only.<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/em><\/p>\n<p><em><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><strong>Still others <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">encouraged<\/span> eating disorders and <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">glorified<\/span> alcohol, including depictions of drinking and driving and of drinking games.<\/strong><\/span><\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #800000;\">This led to strong suspicions that the TikTok algorithm aims to steer people toward salacious content, because the numbers indicate that keeps the user\u2019s attention the longest.<\/span> <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><em>Oh, by the way<\/em><\/span>, apparently the <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><em>Chinese version<\/em><\/span> of TikTok shows kids <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><em>completely different material<\/em><\/span> \u2014 wholesome, educational material. <span style=\"color: #800000;\">You <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><em>can\u2019t find<\/em><\/span> the sex and drugs on the Chinese version.<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><strong>Tristan Harris, co-founder of Center for Humane Technology,\u00a0<span style=\"text-decoration: underline; color: #800000;\"><em><a style=\"color: #800000; text-decoration: underline;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=0j0xzuh-6rY\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" data-testid=\"standard-link\">said this when speaking to\u00a060 Minutes\u00a0last fall<\/a><\/em><\/span>:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><p><em><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><strong>In <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">their<\/span> version of TikTok, if you\u2019re under 14 years old they show you science experiments you can do at home, museum exhibits, patriotism videos and educational videos, and they <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">also<\/span> limit it to only 40 minutes per day. <span style=\"color: #800000;\">Now they <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">don\u2019t ship<\/span> that version of TikTok to the rest of the world so it\u2019s almost like they <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">recognize<\/span> that technology is influencing kids\u2019 development, and they make their domestic version a spinach version of TikTok, while they ship the opium version to the rest of the world.<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><strong>He also\u00a0<span style=\"text-decoration: underline; color: #800000;\"><em><a style=\"color: #800000; text-decoration: underline;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.businessinsider.com\/american-kids-youtube-star-astronauts-survey-2019-7\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" data-testid=\"standard-link\">pointed to a 2019 survey<\/a><\/em><\/span>\u00a0in which 56 percent of Chinese children ages eight to twelve said they wanted to be an astronaut when they grow up, while the most common answer among U.S. kids that age was \u201cvideo blogger or Youtuber,\u201d at 29 percent.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #800000;\">This isn\u2019t just another app;
