“…In the weeks before<\/em><\/span><\/strong> the attack, Garcia posted more than 2 dozen photos of the Allen Premium Outlets mall<\/em><\/span><\/strong>, where the mass shooting occurred Saturday afternoon, and surrounding areas, including several screenshots of Google location information, seemingly monitoring the mall at its busiest times.<\/p>\n

Many of Garcia\u2019s posts referenced his mental health<\/em><\/span><\/strong>. In his final<\/em><\/span><\/strong> post, he lamented what his family might say and wrote that no psychologist would have been able to fix him<\/em><\/span><\/strong>. He wrote that he had expressed similar thoughts to his commanding officer<\/em><\/span><\/strong>.<\/p>\n

…Garcia joined the Army in June 2008 but was kicked out<\/em><\/span><\/strong> after three months for a physical or mental condition.<\/p>\n

…So, he was\u00a0dismissed<\/a><\/em><\/span><\/strong><\/span>\u00a0from the military over mental health concerns<\/em><\/span><\/strong>. It\u2019s a chopped salad of narrative manufacturing, but again, Garcia appears to be<\/em><\/span><\/strong> a mentally disturbed individual who committed a mass killing. The neo-Nazi postings are irrelevant<\/em><\/span><\/strong> regarding how a person this disturbed could purchase weapons<\/em><\/span><\/strong>. It\u2019s a slippery slope. Garcia\u2019s rants and heinous views do not prohibit him from owning firearms<\/em><\/span><\/strong>. If he had a violent episode<\/em><\/span><\/strong>, like an assault, which wasn\u2019t properly documented<\/em><\/span><\/strong>, this shooting would become more tragic<\/em><\/span><\/strong> because it would have been preventable<\/em><\/span><\/strong>.”<\/p>\n

“…Neely was on what outreach workers refer to as the \u201cTop 50\u201d list<\/em><\/span><\/strong> \u2014 a roster maintained by New York City of the homeless people living on the street most urgently in need of assistance and treatment<\/em><\/span><\/strong>. An unnamed employee of the Bowery Residents\u2019 Committee, a nonprofit organization that does subway outreach for the city, told\u00a0the\u00a0New York Times<\/a><\/span><\/strong>\u00a0<\/em>that Neely had hundreds of encounters<\/em><\/span><\/strong> with social workers and was taken to hospitals numerous times<\/em><\/span><\/strong>, both voluntarily and<\/em><\/span><\/strong> involuntarily.<\/p>\n

Neely also racked up more than three dozen arrests<\/em><\/span><\/strong>. Many of them were offenses like turnstile-jumping or trespassing. However, at least four<\/em><\/span><\/strong> were on charges of punching people<\/em><\/span><\/strong>, two<\/em><\/span><\/strong> in the subway system…”<\/p>\n

As NRO<\/em>‘s\u00a0Wilfred Reilly adds<\/em><\/span><\/a>…<\/strong><\/p>\n

“…USA Today<\/em>\u00a0referred to the deceased Mr. Neely as a \u201cbeloved subway performer<\/a><\/em><\/span><\/strong><\/span>\u201d who hailed from \u201ca whole family of musicians.\u201d The spin from CNN was that he was a \u201cMichael Jackson impersonator<\/a><\/em><\/span><\/strong><\/span>,\u201d known for dressing up as the King of Pop and performing unsolicited but charming dance numbers on the train. To a citizen casually observing, the impression might well be that Neely was a harmless jester, killed by a brutish (and possibly racist?) white man for\u00a0dancing<\/em>.<\/p>\n

Of course, this is not at all what actually happened. In reality, the tragic struggle that killed Neely began when he went nuts on a subway car packed with riders, screaming violent threats: \u201cI will hurt anyone on this train<\/a><\/em><\/span><\/strong><\/span>\u00a0. . . I don\u2019t mind going to jail and getting life in prison!\u201d He was restrained by three men who stepped forward \u2014 not simply the one whom major news outlets seem grimly intent on making famous \u2014 including a black guy.<\/p>\n

Placed in a \u201crear naked choke\u201d hold, which is generally but not always nonfatal<\/em><\/strong><\/span>, he tragically died. Although it is too early to say for sure, drugs may well<\/em><\/span><\/strong> have played some<\/em><\/span><\/strong> role in Neely\u2019s death:\u00a0He was a regular user<\/a><\/em><\/span><\/strong><\/span>\u00a0of powerful designer synthetics like K2. In any case, what we saw on that New York train could theoretically be a manslaughter-2-level case of excessive force, but was rather obviously not<\/em><\/span><\/strong> the unprovoked \u201clynching<\/a><\/span><\/em><\/strong><\/span>\u201d of an urban icon by a bigot.<\/p>\n

And, speaking frankly, it probably was not manslaughter. The subway riders\u2019 perceptions of danger \u2014 including those of at least one highly trained fighting man \u2014 were in all likelihood not only real but dead-on accurate. Thanks in large part to citizen journalists online, we now know that Jordan Neely had\u00a042 previous arrests<\/a><\/em><\/span><\/strong><\/span>, many for subway violence<\/em><\/span><\/strong>.<\/p>\n

At the time of the fatal struggle, he had an\u00a0active<\/em><\/span><\/strong>\u00a0criminal warrant, earned for\u00a0punching a 67-year-old grandmother<\/a><\/em><\/span><\/strong><\/span>, breaking her nose and fracturing her orbital bone<\/em><\/span><\/strong>. On another occasion, and for God only knows what<\/em><\/span><\/strong> reason, Neely tried to kidnap a small child<\/em><\/span><\/strong>,\u00a0briefly snatching a seven-year-old girl<\/a><\/em><\/span><\/strong><\/span>. Almost unbelievably, there exists a decade-old Reddit thread \u2014 recently discovered by the\u00a0street reporter Andy Ngo<\/a><\/em><\/span><\/strong><\/span>\u00a0\u2014 that consists of New York taxpayers documenting the subway crimes of Jordan Neely. The title? \u201cTry to stay away from the Michael Jackson impersonator<\/a><\/em><\/span><\/strong><\/span>.\u201d Simply put<\/em><\/span><\/strong>: Neely was seen as a disturbed and dangerous man<\/em><\/span><\/strong> \u2014 because he was<\/em><\/span><\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Importantly, not only is the mainstream narrative surrounding Neely\u2019s final days almost totally false<\/em><\/span><\/strong>, so is the broader narrative underlying \u2014 well \u2014 the entire Black Lives Matter movement<\/em><\/span><\/strong>. This statement, while controversial<\/em><\/span><\/strong>, is accurate<\/em><\/span><\/strong> to a truly remarkable degree<\/em><\/span><\/strong>. Contra what has become an almost daily<\/em><\/span><\/strong> MSM through-line (\u201cThere is nothing more frightening in America today than an angry White man<\/a><\/em><\/span><\/strong><\/span>\u201d) there is no<\/em><\/span><\/strong> epidemic of interracial crime\u00a0at all<\/em><\/span><\/strong>\u00a0\u2014 and certainly<\/em><\/span><\/strong> no epidemic of white-on-black crime<\/em><\/span><\/strong> \u2014 in the United States today…”<\/p>\n

And as this item from NRO informs us<\/em><\/span><\/a>, the substance being abused need be nothing more than the Devil’s lettuce, as a Danish study involving some 6 million people indicates a<\/em><\/span><\/strong>s many as 30 percent of schizophrenia cases among young men may be linked to heavy marijuana use<\/strong><\/em><\/span>, with the proportion of new cases connected to cannabis having risen consistently since the ’70s, undoubtedly due to the significantly increased potency of a drug\u00a0many continue to maintain is harmless<\/span><\/em>.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Oh,…and we’re STILL<\/em><\/span>\u00a0awaiting the release of the Nashville trans-killer’s manifesto.<\/strong><\/p>\n
