It’s Friday, June 5th, 2015…but before we begin, a quick comment on the latest bit of smoke, mirrors and others methods of misdirection from a President who wants your attention focused on anything<\/em><\/span> other than his Administration’s abject record of failures and fiascos.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Think about it: at home, the economy is shrinking, urban crime is out of control and healthcare costs are skyrocketing while the country’s being overrun by illiterate, unskilled illegal aliens. \u00a0Meanwhile, overseas, ISIS is in complete control of most of Iraq, Syria and other significant portions of the Levant, Iran is on the brink of becoming a nuclear power, our allies don’t trust us and our enemies treat us with utter contempt.<\/strong><\/p>\n

So on what critical crisis does the current occupant of the White House and his Administration focus their attention?<\/strong><\/p>\n

“What Ferguson and Baltimore proved is that there is an unfortunate lack of real leadership in America\u2019s black communities. Instead of leaders who can show young black men a better way and give them hope, we have a host of self-serving race hustlers who exploit them and pander to their worst instincts<\/span><\/em>.<\/span><\/strong><\/span> To make matters worse, mainstream media outlets aid and abet the race hustlers in the interest of ratings, purposefully sensationalizing their coverage of young black men behaving badly. This, in turn, encourages more thuggish behavior and the cycle repeats itself becoming more and more violent. This, of course, is exactly what mainstream media outlets want.<\/p>\n

Here is what economist Walter Williams says about this phenomenon: \u201cHustlers and people with little understanding want us to believe that today\u2019s black problems are the continuing result of a legacy of slavery, poverty and racial discrimination.<\/span> The fact is that most of the social pathology seen in poor black neighborhoods is entirely new in black history<\/em><\/span>.\u201d<\/strong><\/span> I agree with Dr. Williams. My view is that the problems Williams alludes to\u2014fatherless families, illiteracy, unemployment, drugs, high dropout rates, crime, and violence\u2014stem more from a lack of leadership than from the legacy of slavery, poverty, and racial discrimination. I say this because even if the problems associated with the black neighborhoods Williams alluded to were caused by slavery, poverty, and racial discrimination, real leaders would make sure that young black men refuse to let these causes become excuses.<\/span> Success<\/em> has<\/em> never<\/em><\/span> been built on<\/em> excuses<\/em><\/span><\/strong><\/span>…”<\/p>\n

Yet excuses<\/em><\/span> are all Progressives of any<\/em><\/span> color have to offer these days.<\/strong><\/p>\n

…They\u2019re hardly the only ones refusing to admit whether they\u2019ve read the bill.\u00a0Sen. Marco Rubio (R-FL)<\/span>, who voted for it in the U.S. Senate after making it a centerpiece of his presidential campaign, has repeatedly refused over the past month plus to answer whether he\u2019s made it to the room to read the TPP text.<\/strong><\/span>\u00a0Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-SC)<\/span>, who\u2019s also running for president, is also refusing to answer whether he read it. Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX)\u00a0<\/span>and\u00a0Sen. Rand Paul (R-KY)\u00a0<\/span>are the only two GOP presidential candidates in the Senate who read it<\/em><\/span>, and Paul is the only one who voted against Obamatrade. Cruz voted for it<\/span> after reading the text, but expressed his public support for the deal weeks before he read it in an op-ed with Ryan in the Wall Street Journal<\/span>.<\/em><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

“We have to pass<\/span>\u00a0the secret trade bill sponsored by the only anti-American President in our nation’s history to find out what’s in it!”<\/span><\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

House Speaker\u00a0Rep. John Boehner (R-OH)\u00a0<\/span>has refused repeatedly through spokesman Matt Wolking to answer whether he read the TPP text, but he still supports Obamatrade.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Daniel Horowitz, the senior editor of the Conservative Review, said this is outrageous.\u00a0\u201cIt is unforgivable for the Republican majority to shirk its congressional duty and refuse to read the text of a bill that will give Obama unprecedented authority over our\u00a0economy<\/strong><\/span>…”<\/p>\n

Frankly, the only scenario in which we could POSSIBLY<\/em><\/span> envision supporting this Marxist Mephisto would be were he to file his own articles of impeachment; and then<\/em><\/span> we’d check to ensure his abdication didn’t present a greater threat to the Republic than the continued occupation of his office.<\/strong><\/p>\n
