The question of whether Hillary Clinton\u2019s emails were marked top secret isn\u2019t legally relevant. Any cabinet member should know that<\/span><\/a>.<\/span><\/h3>\n

Mrs. Clinton herself, in a now famous email, cautioned State Department employees not to conduct official business on personal email accounts. The current secretary of state,John Kerry, testified that he assumes that his emails have been the object of surveillance by hostile foreign powers. It is inconceivable<\/em><\/span>.<\/span>..<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

…that the nation\u2019s senior foreign-relations official was unaware<\/em><\/span> of the risk that communications about this country\u2019s relationships with foreign governments would be of particular interest to those governments, and to others<\/em><\/span>.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

It is no answer to say, as Mrs. Clinton did at one time, that emails were not marked classified when sent or received. Of course they were not; there is no little creature sitting on the shoulders of public officials classifying words as they are uttered and sent. But the laws are concerned with the sensitivity of information, not the sensitivity of the markings on whatever may contain the information.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

…When I attended my first briefing in a secure facility, and brought a pad to take notes, my chief of staff leaned over and wrote in bold capital letters at the top of the first page, \u201cTS\/SCI,\u201d meaning Top Secret, Secure Compartmentalized Information\u2014which is to say, information that may be looked at only in what is known as a SCIF, a Secure, Compartmentalized Information Facility. My office<\/em><\/span> was considered a SCIF; my apartment<\/span> was not<\/span><\/em>.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

The point he was making by doing that\u2014and this is just the point that seems to have eluded the former secretary of state\u2014is one of common sense: Once you assume a public office, your communications about anything having to do with your job are not your personal business or property. They are the public\u2019s business and the public\u2019s property, and are to be treated as no different from communications of like sensitivity.<\/p>\n

That something so obvious<\/span> could have eluded<\/span> Mrs. Clinton raises questions about her suitability both for the office she held and for the office she seeks<\/span><\/em>.<\/strong><\/span>“<\/p>\n

…In San Francisco, theft from cars<\/em> is up 47 percent<\/span><\/em> this year over the same period in 2014. Auto theft<\/em> is up by 17 percent<\/em><\/span>.<\/span> Robberies<\/em> are up 23 percent<\/em><\/span>. And aggravated assaults<\/em> are up 2 percent<\/em><\/span>, according to San Francisco police spokesman Carlos Manfredi.<\/strong><\/span> Burglaries are down 5 percent.\u00a0(Why burgle when you can get away with robbery?!?)<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

The goal is to water down marriage until marriage is pointless.<\/strong><\/span> And as evidenced by the burgeoning legal push for polygamous and incestuous \u201cmarriages\u201d \u2013 even for the \u201cright\u201d to \u201cmarry\u201d a robot \u2013 sexual anarchists are well on their way to achieving this goal.<\/p>\n

That\u2019s how it works. Christian free exercise isn\u2019t outlawed all at once<\/span><\/em>.<\/span> Judges across our fruity plain simply order from the bench that millions of Christians, just like Kim Davis and Jack Phillips, must either deny recognition of God\u2019s natural order and Christ\u2019s admonition to \u201cgo and sin no more,\u201d or face prison for \u201ccontempt of court<\/span><\/em>.\u201d<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Welcome to America 2015, where evil is good, men are women, judges are tyrants, and Christians are persona non grata. “…Lowe’s spokesman Steve Salazar says the company reacted swiftly when it learned of the incident. Salazar says Lowe’s has “no tolerance for discrimination of any kind.”\u00a0Salazar didn’t name the managers or specify whether they resigned or were fired.<\/p>\n

Bradley told WSET-TV that a Danville store manager ordered him off an Aug. 3 delivery at the customer’s request. Bradley says he asked for a reason and was told it was because he’s black and the customer didn’t want him at her house.<\/strong><\/span> Bradley says that when he returned to Lowe’s, a white driver replaced him.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Salazar says an executive later apologized to Bradley.”<\/p>\n

We’ve no clue<\/em><\/span> as to the nature of what is either the result of this old lady’s bitterness or major malfunction. \u00a0And while we in no way, shape or form support<\/span> <\/em>her position, we do<\/em><\/span> find it shares far more in common with the radical LGBT activists’ continual set-ups \u00a0of Christians than the MSM sees fit to report.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Think about it; gay activists demand<\/em><\/span>\u00a0mom-and-pop Christian businesses (because small businesses don’t have the financial wherewithal to fight their frivolous lawsuits!) ignore their closely-held religious beliefs…beliefs specifically protected<\/em><\/span> in the Constitution<\/em><\/span>…in order to service their “right” to gay marriage; a “right” which suffers NO material adverse impact whatsoever through their refusal to participate.<\/b><\/p>\n

Yet when this woman, for reasons known only to herself (Is it racism? \u00a0Was she raped at some point by a Black man?) requests a national retailer provide her a delivery driver of a specific skin tone, a request which violates no statute or regulation with which we’re familiar, suddenly Lowe’s heretofore non-existent policies against customer preference overrides the demands of the consumer.<\/b><\/p>\n

Soooo…provided one is on the wrong side of the politically-correct version of history…the customer is NOT always right!<\/strong><\/p>\n
