&#8212; even though the official text is not public.\u00a0The Democratic presidential front-runner addressed her flip-flop on the Trans-Pacific Partnership, a deal she backed as secretary of state, at Tuesday&#8217;s Democratic debate.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">She acknowledged she once called it the &#8220;gold standard,&#8221; but added: <span style=\"color: #ff00ff;\"><strong>&#8220;It was just finally negotiated last week, <em><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">and in looking at it, it didn&#8217;t meet my standards<\/span><\/em> &#8212; my standards for more new, good jobs for Americans.&#8221;<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">&#8230;<span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><strong>Yet while the U.S. and 11 Pacific Rim nations finalized the accord earlier this month, <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><em>the final text has not been released, a fact confirmed by the White House on Wednesday<\/em><\/span>.\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><span style=\"color: #ff00ff;\"><strong>&#8220;<span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><em>I noticed that, too<\/em><\/span>,&#8221; White House Press Secretary Josh Earnest said when asked about Clinton opposing a deal whose text has not been posted<\/strong><\/span>&#8230;&#8221;<\/p>\n<p><strong>In all seriousness, this wretched creature couldn&#8217;t tell the truth if her life depended on it; mainly because her <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><em>political<\/em><\/span> life is utterly reliant upon continued deception.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><b>Turning now to today&#8217;s installment of <em>The Inmates Are Running the Asylum<\/em>, this just in from Charm City:<\/b><\/p>\n<h1 style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline; color: #0000ff;\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><a style=\"color: #0000ff; text-decoration: underline;\" href=\"http:\/\/www.foxnews.com\/us\/2015\/10\/15\/activists-storm-baltimore-city-hall-voice-displeasure-over-police-commissioner\/?intcmp=hpbt2\" class=\"broken_link\">At least 12 arrested for occupying Baltimore City Hall after police commissioner appointment hearing<\/a><\/span><\/span><\/h1>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.thedailygouge.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/10\/baltimore-protest.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-33484\" src=\"http:\/\/www.thedailygouge.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/10\/baltimore-protest.jpg\" alt=\"baltimore-protest\" width=\"400\" height=\"285\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.thedailygouge.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/10\/baltimore-protest.jpg 400w, https:\/\/www.thedailygouge.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/10\/baltimore-protest-300x214.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 400px) 100vw, 400px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">&#8220;&#8230;The drama began late Wednesday as several members of the Baltimore Uprising coalition shouted from the balcony overlooking the meeting room as the city council subcommittee prepared to vote for Kevin Davis as permanent commissioner.<span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><strong> The group refused to leave until Davis and Mayor Stephanie Rawlings-Blake met their list of demands, <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><em>including changes to police tactics and significant investment in education and social services<\/em><\/span>.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">Some of those who had left before the arrests said they were mostly student activists. <span style=\"color: #800080;\"><strong>They said they opposed city deliberations to make permanent the interim appointment of Police Commissioner Kevin Davis, <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><em>adding they had been given no chance for input and had several other demands<\/em><\/span>.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">&#8230;Following the subcommittee&#8217;s vote, Davis called Wednesday night&#8217;s protest an &#8220;act of civil disobedience&#8221; that <span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><strong>&#8220;is just part of this moment.&#8221;<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">&#8220;It&#8217;s all part of the healing process,&#8221; he said. &#8220;The fact that this occurred isn&#8217;t upsetting. It&#8217;s just part of where the city is right now. <span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #800080;\">I understand where they are.<\/span> I understand their frustration.<\/strong><\/span> &#8230; I promised the citizens of Baltimore and the protesters that I&#8217;ll be the type of police commissioner that they deserve.
