Meanwhile, back at the ranch with The Gang Who Still Can’t Shoot Straight, when it comes to controlling illegal immigration, forget Marco Rubio hitting the bullseye; as\u00a0Breitbart<\/em>\u00a0reports, the junior senator from Florida still can’t even find the target:<\/strong><\/p>\n

“In a little-noticed interview earlier this year with Univision\u2019s Jorge Ramos,\u00a0Sen. Marco Rubio\u00a0declared that, as President<\/em><\/span>, he would keep Barack Obama\u2019s executive amnesty for DREAMers in place<\/span> until it was permanently codified through legislation<\/span><\/em>.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Rubio said, in part:<\/p>\n

“DACA\u2026applies to young people that arrived in this country at a very young age before they were adults and I don\u2019t think we can immediately revoke that\u2026\u00a0I\u2019m not calling for it to be revoked tomorrow, or this week, or right away.”\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><\/em>(Or any<\/em><\/span> time, for that matter!)<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n

\u201cI think it will have to end at some point and I hope it will end because of some reform to the immigration laws,\u201d Rubio said in English.<\/p>\n

So Rubio is pledging to carry Obama\u2019s policy: leaving the executive amnesty for DREAMers in place until Congress submits to the order by legislatively ratifying amnesty<\/span><\/em>.<\/strong><\/span> After a\u00a0legislatively ratified DREAM Act, illegal aliens would be able to vote in U.S. elections and bring their relatives to work and collect entitlements in the United States.<\/p>\n

The similarity to President Obama\u2019s rhetoric is striking. President Obama told Congress:\u00a0\u201cif folks are serious about getting immigration reform done [they should be] passing a bill and getting it to my desk.<\/span> And then the executive actions that I take go away.\u201d<\/strong><\/span> Similarly, Obama\u00a0told\u00a0George Stephanopoulos after being pressed on his executive amnesty: \u201cWell, my response is pass a bill.\u201d…”<\/p>\n

Which begs at least two<\/em><\/span> questions we’d pose to Rubio in the next debate:<\/strong><\/p>\n

(1). \u00a0If Congress passes a bill overturning<\/em><\/span> the DACA<\/em>, would you veto<\/em><\/span> it?<\/strong><\/p>\n

(2). \u00a0If elected President, and Congress doesn’t accede to your every demand, will you too<\/em><\/span> rule by extra-constitutional executive fiat?<\/strong><\/p>\n

As The Hill<\/em> relates in the following two headlines, no need to wait for an answer from The Obamao to question #2:<\/strong><\/p>\n
