style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><em>runs on rainbows and unicorns<\/em><\/span>.<\/strong><\/span> <span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><strong>Warren unveiled how she would pay for Medicare for All without raising middle-class taxes this morning, and it basically relies on <em><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">everyone involved in health care and medicine<\/span><\/em> <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><em><a style=\"color: #0000ff; text-decoration: underline;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.nbcnews.com\/politics\/2020-election\/elizabeth-warren-releases-her-plan-finance-medicare-all-n1074981\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">agreeing to do the same or more work for a lot less money than they do now<\/a><\/em><\/span>.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><span style=\"color: #008000;\"><strong>Her plan is to save money by reducing payments to physicians to Medicare rates, which tend to be significantly lower than private insurance, and to 110 percent of Medicare rates for hospitals and instituting a variety of payment reforms to encourage health providers to generate more savings.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #ff9900;\">The plan sets an ambitious goal of cutting Medicare drug prices by <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><em>70 percent for brand-name drugs<\/em><\/span> and <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><em>30 percent for generics<\/em><\/span> through a series of reforms.<\/span> <span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">It would also require the new Medicare system to run with much less administrative overhead than the Urban Institute predicted would be necessary \u2014 <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><em>2.3 percent<\/em><\/span> of total costs instead of <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><em>6 percent<\/em><\/span>.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>She wants to get the <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><em>same medicine that we do now<\/em><\/span>, <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><em>paying only 30 percent that we do now<\/em><\/span>. <span style=\"color: #800080;\">When you <em><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">assume<\/span> you can do <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">that<\/span><\/em>, <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><em>sure<\/em><\/span>, making the numbers add up <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><em>gets a heck of a lot easier<\/em><\/span>!<\/span> <span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">Imagine working out <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><em>your household budget<\/em><\/span> by <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><em>assuming you could keep your home<\/em><\/span> for only <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><em>30 percent of your current rent or mortgage payments<\/em><\/span>.<\/span> <span style=\"color: #008000;\">You\u2019re <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><em>lucky<\/em><\/span> if you can find a \u201c70 percent off\u201d deal <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><em>in stores that are going out of business<\/em><\/span>; Warren\u2019s convinced she can get it for every band name medication required for every American in the country.<\/span> <span style=\"color: #ff9900;\">Yes, she\u2019s <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><em>exactly<\/em><\/span> the person we need <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><em>to replace that guy in the Oval Office who\u2019s in denial about reality and who keeps telling us he\u2019s the greatest dealmaker of all time<\/em><\/span>.<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\"><strong>A key test of the seriousness of Warren\u2019s rivals, <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><em>and<\/em><\/span> future interviewers and debate moderators <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><em>will be how seriously they press her on these wildly unrealistic assumptions<\/em><\/span>.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>As the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.wsj.com\/articles\/warren-has-a-fantasy-plan-11572822962\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline; color: #0000ff;\"><em>editorial board of the WSJ notes<\/em><\/span><\/a>:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">&#8220;<span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>You certainly can\u2019t criticize the new Iowa Democratic caucus front-runner for lack of ambition. <span style=\"color: #800080;\">Despite criticism from fellow Democrats, she is <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><em>sticking<\/em><\/span> to her plan <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><em>for a government takeover of American health care, including the elimination of private insurance that 170 million or so Americans now have<\/em><\/span>.<\/span> <span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">She <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><em>continues<\/em><\/span> to claim that this will cost \u201cnot one penny in middle-class tax increases.\u201d<\/span> <span style=\"color: #008000;\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><em>She walks on water too<\/em><\/span>.<\/span><\/strong><\/span>&#8220;<\/p>\n<p><a underline;\"><em>NFL<\/em><\/span>, a quarterback has won the <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><em>MVP award<\/em><\/span> <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><em>10 times<\/em><\/span> with a total of <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><em>eight<\/em><\/span> being <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><em>white<\/em><\/span>, <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><em>one black<\/em><\/span>, and <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><em>one<\/em><\/span> was <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><em>biracial<\/em><\/span>.<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"style_p7trcb content-block\" style=\"padding-left: 30px;\" data-id=\"_j1tnj5eyq\"><span style=\"color: style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><em>bothered by one&#8217;s skin color<\/em><\/span>.<\/span> And that goes for both the collegiate <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><em>and<\/em><\/span> professional level.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"style_p7trcb content-block\" style=\"padding-left: 30px;\" data-id=\"_j1tnj5eyq\"><span style=\"color: #f08030;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">&#8230;<\/span><strong><span style=\"color: #800000;\">What Campbell said was <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><em>unacceptable<\/em><\/span>,
