Witness the price one pays, regardless of race<\/em><\/span>, for telling the truth<\/em><\/span>.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The curious timeline for taking down Trump<\/span><\/a><\/span><\/h1>\n

“It\u2019s three full years<\/em><\/span> since\u00a0President Trump<\/span>\u00a0was elected.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Among those who predicted he could<\/em> never win<\/em><\/span> the election \u2014 or that he might have been conspiring with\u00a0Hillary Clinton<\/span>\u00a0all along<\/em><\/span>, worked for Russia\u2019s President Putin<\/em><\/span>, would crash the U.S. stock market his first week in office<\/em><\/span>, would ban all Muslims<\/em><\/span>, would send illegal immigrants home en masse on buses and trains<\/em><\/span>, and would start a nuclear war<\/em><\/span> \u2014 there have<\/em><\/span> been real<\/span><\/em> concerns.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

But to others, there are different concerns that have borne out.<\/span> We continue<\/span> to get evidence of an\u00a0orchestrated effort\u00a0among government insiders and the well-connected<\/span> to take down<\/span> President Trump at all costs<\/span><\/em>. The public evidence indicates<\/em><\/span> that the effort was hatched even before he took office<\/em><\/span>.<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Trump critics<\/em><\/span> would argue that there was good reason to devise plots against him before he was inaugurated<\/em><\/span>. His supporters<\/em><\/span> would argue that the opposition has crossed the line into unlawful actions involving wiretapping and attempts to frame Trump and his associates<\/em><\/span>.<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

In any event, we can<\/em><\/span> build an oversimplified timeline to make the point<\/em><\/span><\/a>…<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

…<\/span>It could be<\/em><\/span> a coincidence<\/em><\/span> that so many key names in this timeline<\/em><\/span> \u2014 from John Brennan and James Comey, to Ukraine and CNN \u2014 factor into the Trump impeachment push<\/em><\/span>.<\/span> And, further, it could be<\/em><\/span> a coincidence<\/em><\/span> that we have ended up where some Trump critics said they hoped to be<\/em><\/span>, even before he was sworn in<\/em><\/span>.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

On the other hand<\/em><\/span>, in retrospect<\/em><\/span>, the biggest surprise<\/em><\/span> might be that, all things considered, it took them so long<\/span> to get to this point<\/span><\/em>.<\/strong><\/span>“<\/p>\n

So many<\/em><\/span> baseless charges…so little<\/em><\/span> time; time which is growing Schifflessly-shorter with every passing day.<\/strong><\/p>\n
