Billy Ray Valentine&#8230;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/4WMErc1n6Ks?start=62&amp;end=145&amp;\" width=\"420\" class=\"mce_SELRES_start\">\ufeff<\/span><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p><strong>&#8230;than the hardened career criminal he was.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>We&#8217;ve offered our thoughts on Floyd before, so we&#8217;ll leave it Brandon Tatum to provide his far more expert opinion on the actual arrest&#8230;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><iframe loading=\"lazy\" transparency and the public&#8217;s right to know, but a higher priority for me is a successful prosecution&#8221;&#8230;&#8221;still safeguard the prosecution&#8221;&#8230;&#8221;reluctant to do anything that would undermine the prosecution&#8221;&#8230;<span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><em>REALLY<\/em><\/span>?!?\u00a0 This is <em><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">exculpatory evidence<\/span><\/em> the prosecution is <em><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">legally-bound<\/span><\/em> to release to the defense.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Ellison&#8217;s job is NOT to <em><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">prosecute<\/span><\/em> these officers, but to ensure <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><em>justice<\/em><\/span> is served.\u00a0 Not only are these men\u00a0<em><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">presumed innocent<\/span><\/em>\u00a0until <em><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">proven<\/span><\/em> guilty, but the evidence from the just-released video coupled with what we <a href=\"https:\/\/medium.com\/@gavrilodavid\/why-derek-chauvin-may-get-off-his-murder-charge-2e2ad8d0911\" class=\"broken_link\"><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><em><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">previously now know to be true<\/span><\/em><\/span><\/a>\u00a0indicates criminal charges\u00a0<em><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">likely<\/span><\/em>\u00a0should <em><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">never have been filed<\/span><\/em>.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Wake up and smell the Progressive politics of destruction, America: Ellison&#8217;s concern <em><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">isn&#8217;t<\/span><\/em> with transparency, the public&#8217;s right to know <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><em>or<\/em><\/span> a successful prosecution; and it <em><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">sure as hell isn&#8217;t about justice<\/span><\/em>.\u00a0 His <em><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">only<\/span><\/em> concern from the <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><em>outset<\/em><\/span> was maintaining the <em><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">myths<\/span><\/em>\u00a0behind Black Lies Matter and fomenting riots, NOT justice, as the truth would cause his case&#8230;<em><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">and<\/span><\/em> the cause of Antifa and BLM&#8230;<em><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">to implode<\/span><\/em>.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><a #ff0000;\">?<\/span><\/h1>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.thedailygouge.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/08\/4ai3im.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter subscribe to character counting who will not vote for Trump.<span style=\"color: #ff9900;\"> But among the most vocal set of not just Never Trump, but also now Never Republican, <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><em>are the set who could not care less if a baby lives or dies<\/em><\/span>.<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong><em><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">That<\/span><\/em>, in fact, seems to be a <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><em>real dividing line<\/em><\/span> between those who\u2019d destroy the whole of the GOP and those who just can\u2019t bring themselves to vote Trump. <span style=\"color: #ff9900;\">If you think <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><em>abortion is killing children<\/em><\/span>, you <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><em>recognize<\/em><\/span> there is <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><em>only one party that stands with you<\/em><\/span> and, for all its faults, has put <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><em>some<\/em><\/span> points on the board.<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>The other party <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><em>is a death cult perfectly willing to exterminate children up to the moment they enter the world and then some<\/em><\/span> and is moving on to the <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><em>extermination of the elderly too<\/em><\/span>. <span style=\"color: #ff9900;\">See e.g. <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><em>Andrew Cuomo<\/em><\/span>.<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>What I find so remarkable about the <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><em>most strident<\/em><\/span> of the NeverRepublicans is, having cashed in with a bunch of <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><em>losing<\/em><\/span> candidates who <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><em>everyone could tell spoke conservatism as a second language<\/em><\/span>, they are <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><em>now perfectly willing<\/em><\/span> to <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><em>burn down the party they failed to capture, never really understood, but pretty consistently privately disdained<\/em><\/span>.\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><span style=\"color: #ff9900;\"><strong>With <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><em>no seat at the table<\/em><\/span> and <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><em>no future cashing in with candidates of the GOP<\/em><\/span>, <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><em>they\u2019ll pour gasoline and strike a match on the way out<\/em><\/span>.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>Trump <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><em>would not exist<\/em><\/span> in a world that <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><em>never had their cynicism and gamesmanship within the GOP<\/em><\/span>. <span style=\"color: #ff9900;\">They were <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><em>perfectly happy<\/em><\/span> to constantly escalate the stakes for their candidates.<\/span> They were <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><em>perfectly happy<\/em><\/span> to make <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><em>bold promises<\/em><\/span> they <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><em>never had any intention of fulfilling<\/em><\/span>. <span style=\"color: #ff9900;\">So long as <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><em>they themselves<\/em><\/span> could get the power and call the shots, <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><em>they\u2019d say or do<\/em> <em>anything<\/em><\/span>.<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><em>Now<\/em><\/span> they <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><em>can\u2019t<\/em><\/span>.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #ff9900;\">Instead of taking their football and going home, <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><em>they\u2019re going to try to wipe out the whole team they played with<\/em><\/span>.<\/span> Frankly, it is their <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><em>only real shot<\/em><\/span> to <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><em>stay<\/em><\/span> in politics.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">&#8230;<\/span><strong><span style=\"color: #ff9900;\">I <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><em>really don\u2019t care<\/em><\/span> if someone wants to vote against Trump or run vanity ads in the DC market solely designed to troll him.<\/span> But there are <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><em>two<\/em><\/span> parties in America, <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><em>one of which is okay with killing kids<\/em><\/span> and <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><em>one that generally is opposed<\/em><\/span>. <span style=\"color: #ff9900;\">None of us should be surprised that <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><em>the ones who privately mocked the pro-lifers from within the party will now be so public in their disdain<\/em><\/span>.<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>Donald Trump\u2019s unique superpower has always been to make <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><em>others<\/em><em> behave exactly as they claim he behaves<\/em><\/span>. <span style=\"color: #ff9900;\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><em>That<\/em><\/span> superpower works <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><em>here<\/em><\/span> too.<\/span><\/strong><\/span>&#8220;<\/p>\n<p><strong>We understand The Donald is an imperfect vessel; indeed in <em><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">many<\/span><\/em> ways he&#8217;s <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><em>less<\/em><\/span> than imperfect, from his <a href=\"https:\/\/www.foxnews.com\/politics\/trump-walks-back-beirut-claim-explosion\" class=\"broken_link\"><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><em><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">off the cuff remarks<\/span><\/em><\/span><\/a> to his incessant, inane tweets.\u00a0 But the alternative in 2016 was the femme FAT-ale&#8230;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.thedailygouge.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/08\/16st6r.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-83899\" #800000;\">Illinois district includes students of color in groups with first chance at in-person learning<\/span><\/a><\/h1>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.thedailygouge.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/08\/4aoaik.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-83957\" said <em><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">students of color<\/span><\/em> will get the first chance to return for in-person learning when\u00a0schools reopen, <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><em>citing &#8220;a pandemic&#8221; of &#8220;inequity and racism, and classism&#8221; that preceded\u00a0COVID-19<\/em><\/span>.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"speakable\" style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><span style=\"color: #800000;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #008080;\">Because District 65, which includes\u00a0students from Evanston and Skokie,\u00a0won&#8217;t force teachers to work on-site, school buildings\u00a0may not be able to accomodate all students who would like to come back to their classrooms.<\/span> In that event, Superintendent Devon Horton reportedly said, the\u00a0district would give priority to &#8220;Black and Brown students,&#8221; and others <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><em>it considered<\/em><\/span> to be &#8220;marginalized&#8221; or &#8220;oppressed.&#8221;<\/strong><\/span>&#8230;&#8221;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Such a poorly conceived and frankly offensive policy raises more questions than it redresses <em><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">purported<\/span><\/em> past inequities.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>For instance, (1). If District 65 had fostered a &#8220;pandemic&#8221; of &#8220;inequity and racism, and classism&#8221; <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><em>prior<\/em><\/span> to the Wuhan virus and Mr. Horton&#8217;s arrival, why hasn&#8217;t the <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><em>entire school board<\/em><\/span> been <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><em>drummed from office<\/em><\/span>?\u00a0 After all, Mr. Horton was hired back in December of 2019.\u00a0 Indeed, <em><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">were<\/span><\/em> the Evanston\/Skokie school system so <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><em>rife with racism<\/em><\/span>, why did the parents not object <em><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">years ago<\/span><\/em>?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>(2). Haven&#8217;t the City of Evanston and Village of Skokie been continuously controlled by Dimocrats since <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><em>at least<\/em><\/span> the early 1990s?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>(3). If &#8220;classism&#8221; was endemic, would not <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><em>poor White<\/em> children<\/span> have suffered as much as <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><em>poor Black and Brown children<\/em><\/span>?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>(4).
