color: #0000ff;\"><em><a style=\"color: #0000ff; text-decoration: underline;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.nationalreview.com\/news\/trial-explodes-kyle-rittenhouse-cries-on-stand-judge-berates-prosecutor\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">As the ongoing Kyle Rittenhouse trial illustrates<\/a><\/em><\/span>, <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><em>never the twain shall meet<\/em><\/span>.<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><span style=\"color: #008080;\"><strong>Rittenhouse was indicted by <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><em>mob-compliant<\/em><\/span> Wisconsin prosecutors for murdering two men and attempting to murder two others when <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><em>he was attacked<\/em><\/span> three nights into the radical left\u2019s rioting in Kenosha on August 25, 2020. <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">As this is written, the trial, which began last week, has taken a remarkable turn: Despite a <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><em>stunningly weak case<\/em><\/span> presented by the state \u2014 one that <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><em>could<\/em><\/span> perhaps have been thrown out by the judge as woefully insufficient when the prosecutors rested on Tuesday \u2014 Rittenhouse has elected to testify.<\/span> Despite the obvious risk in this, he has fared well thus far. <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">Prosecutors <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><em>flailed<\/em><\/span> on cross-examination, <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><em>became argumentative<\/em><\/span>, and were <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><em>repeatedly chastised in the jury\u2019s presence by the understandably exasperated trial judge<\/em><\/span>, Bruce Schroeder.<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><span style=\"color: #008080;\"><strong>We\u2019ll have more to say after that testimony concludes. <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">For now, let\u2019s go back to the beginning and address why Rittenhouse\u2019s indictment is <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><em>constitutionally offensive<\/em><\/span> to the right of self-defense<\/span><\/strong><\/span>&#8230;&#8221;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Meanwhile, since we&#8217;re on the subject of mob rule,\u00a0<em>FOX<\/em> reports one Hawk Newsome, the head of\u00a0<em>Black Lies Matter\u00a0of Greater New York<\/em>\u00a0has warned mayor-elect Eric Adams &#8220;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.foxnews.com\/politics\/blm-leader-in-new-york-warns-mayor-elect-against-returning-to-the-old-ways-of-policing\" class=\"broken_link\"><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><em><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">There will be riots, there will be fire and there will be bloodshed<\/span><\/em><\/span><\/a>&#8221; if the city returns to its pre-De Blasio policing practices.\u00a0 You know, when cops actively acted <em><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">against<\/span><\/em> the interests of criminals!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Hawk&#8217;s <a href=\"https:\/\/www.foxnews.com\/us\/blm-mayor-elect-eric-adams-old-ny\" class=\"broken_link\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline; companies of money to invest in the oil and gas industry in order to fight climate change, comments that could further complicate her chances of Senate confirmation.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #ff9900;\">Saule Omarova, who\u00a0received\u00a0the Lenin Personal Academic Scholarship at Moscow State University, has proposed establishing a National Investment Authority to divert investments away from the oil and gas industry and into &#8220;clean and green&#8221; infrastructure projects.<\/span> Speaking at a virtual forum in May, Omarova\u00a0said\u00a0&#8220;the way we basically get rid of those carbon financiers is we starve them of their sources of capital.&#8221;<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #ff9900;\">Omarova, the nominee to lead the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency, faces stiff opposition from Senate Republicans over the National Investment Authority proposal, as well as her calls to &#8220;end banking as we know it.&#8221;<\/span> Omarova has proposed allowing <em><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">the Federal Reserve to handle consumer bank deposits<\/span><\/em>, replacing private banks.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #ff9900;\">At least three Democrats\u2014Sens. Jon Tester (D., Mont.), Kyrsten Sinema (D., Ariz.), and Joe Manchin (D., W.Va.)\u2014have expressed concerns about Omarova,\u00a0<em>Axios<\/em>\u00a0reported.<\/span> Omarova took a shot at Manchin at the May forum,\u00a0<span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><em><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><a style=\"color: #0000ff; text-decoration: underline;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=AiCWDM0hKpY&amp;t=755s\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">saying<\/a><\/span><\/em><\/span>\u00a0that while the senator is &#8220;supposedly on the Democratic side,&#8221; he is &#8220;very uncomfortable with big spending ideas.&#8221; <span style=\"color: #ff9900;\">Manchin has opposed the Green New Deal and other measures that aim to kill off the fossil fuel industry.<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>Omarova, a professor at Cornell Law School, says her proposed National Investment Authority would serve as the &#8220;fighting muscle&#8221; of the progressive-backed Green New Deal. <span style=\"color: #ff9900;\">Under Omarova\u2019s proposal, the National Investment Authority would create investment funds and issue bonds in order to lure investors to fund clean energy projects, sapping oil and gas projects of their funding.<\/span> The agency, which Omarova modeled after the New Deal-era Reconstruction Finance Corporation, would work closely with the Federal Reserve and Treasury Department, which oversees the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency<\/strong><\/span>&#8230;&#8221;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Which is more than just passing strange, since immediately after the\u00a0<em>Journal<\/em>\u00a0reported\u00a0<em><span style=\"text-decoration: underline; text-decoration: underline;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.reuters.com\/world\/us\/california-ports-key-us-supply-chain-among-worlds-least-efficient-2021-10-20\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">below ports in Tanzania and Kenya<\/a><\/span><\/em><\/span>, near the bottom of the list of 351 top ports.<\/span> America\u2019s ports are <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><em>effectively third-world<\/em><\/span>. <span style=\"color: #333399;\">The 50 most efficient ports in the world are mostly in Asia and the Middle East; style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">one of the district\u2019s school board members<\/span><\/em> had editing access to a Google Drive that included <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><em>personal pictures and information<\/em><\/span> on a <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><em>slew of outspoken parents<\/em><\/span>, <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><em>including<\/em><\/span> their social security numbers, a divorce proceeding, <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><em>and<\/em><\/span> financial records.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><span style=\"color: #800000;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">Mother Kim Stafford uncovered a Google Drive link when school board President\u00a0Jann-Michael Greenberg\u00a0sent her an email accusing her of \u201canti-Semitic\u201d comments against billionaire George Soros.<\/span> Greenburg sent Stafford a screenshot of his desktop, which included a since-deleted Google Drive URL reviewed by the Daily Caller. <span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">The drive was available to anyone who had the link.<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><span style=\"color: #800000;\"><strong>Parents have since dubbed the Google Drive an \u201conline dossier.\u201d <span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">The folders housed within the dossier are labeled \u201cSUSD Wackos,\u201d \u201cPress Conference Psychos,\u201d and \u201cAnti Mask Lunatics,\u201d among others.<\/span> Included under \u201cPress Conference Psychos\u201d was a video that shows parents calmly holding signs that read \u201cCRT is Racist\u201d and \u201cSUSD We Demand Transparency.\u201d<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><span style=\"color: #800000;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">The dossier takes specific aim at the concerned parent group \u201cCommunity Advocacy Network\u201d (CAN).<\/span> Administrators and founders of CAN\u2019s active Facebook page have folders dedicated to screenshots of their Facebook comments, pictures of them with their husbands, and in some cases financial records.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><span style=\"color: #800000;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">Wray, one of the concerned parents and leaders of CAN, was a top target of the online dossier.<\/span> The folder has a credit deed of trust from Desert Financial Federal Credit Union, her mortgage, information on Wray\u2019s AirBNB property, and pictures of her children. <span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">Wray told the Daily Caller that her first dust-up with the school board was in January when she criticized Greenburg for \u201cmaking a political rant during a school board meeting that\u2019s supposed to be non-partisan.\u201d<\/span> She feels she\u2019s been unfairly doxed by the publication of her information. <span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">\u201cI\u2019m just a parent,\u201d Wray said.<\/span> \u201cI\u2019m not a public official.\u201d<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\"><strong>Parents have largely been concerned with the school board\u2019s <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><em>handling of mask mandates and their alleged lack of transparency<\/em><\/span>.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><span style=\"color: #800000;\"><strong>Other posts detailed in the Google Drive include a PDF with members and moderators in CAN\u2019s Facebook group, the personal documents that show portions of parents\u2019 social security numbers, parents sharing pro-Trump signs or Thomas Sowell quotes, and one parent\u2019s divorce proceeding.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><span style=\"color: #800000;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">The dossier also appeared to harbor opposition work against Amy Carney, a concerned parent who announced recently that she plans on running for Scottsdale Unified school board in Nov. 2022.<\/span> Carney told the Daily Caller that while Greenburg had access to the Google Drive, <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><em>most<\/em><\/span> of the information was procured and posted by <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><em>Greenburg\u2019s father<\/em><\/span>, Mark Greenburg. <span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">The elder Greenburg is listed as the owner of the Google Drive, according to screenshots obtained by the Daily Caller.<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><span style=\"color: #800000;\"><strong>The elder Greenburg can be heard in bodycam footage reviewed by the Daily Caller calling Wray a \u201clunatic.\u201d <span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">He also admitted that he pulled up to Wray\u2019s car on his motorcycle with his license plate covered and said <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><em>he had a private investigator \u201cwho\u2019s writing down all of [the parents\u2019 license] plates<\/em><\/span>.\u201d<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><span style=\"color: #800000;\"><strong>Both Wray and Carney described the Greenburgs as \u201cbullies\u201d and \u201ctrolls,\u201d who do little to quell the real concerns of parents. <span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">Carney said that if parents criticize the younger Greenburg, \u201cthe dad goes after them.\u201d<\/span> The elder Greenburg <em><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">has a history<\/span><\/em> of harassing his political opponents. <span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">In 2019, he was unmasked as the anonymous author of a parody website that mocked school board leadership, according to a\u00a0<span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><em><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><a style=\"color: #0000ff; text-decoration: underline;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.scottsdale.org\/city_news\/questions-linger-in-susd-board-member-s-suit\/article_1839492e-235a-11ea-b908-73e841a869de.html\">local Scottsdale news outlet<\/a><\/span><\/em><\/span>.<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><span style=\"color: #800000;\"><strong>School board member Greenburg denied involvement with the dossier to the outlet\u00a0Independent NewsMedia. <span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">When asked whether his father had access to the Google Drive, Greenburg said that <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><em>he\u2019s not his \u201cfather\u2019s keeper<\/em><\/span>.\u201d<\/span><\/strong><\/span>&#8230;&#8221;<\/p>\n<p><strong>No, you just <span style=\"text-decoration:
