Tubbs, 26, pleaded guilty earlier this month to molesting the girl in a woman’s bathroom on Dec. 31, 2014, when SHE was 17<\/span><\/span><\/a><\/h3>\n

“A\u00a0Los Angeles\u00a0County judge on Thursday ordered Hannah<\/em><\/span> Tubbs, a transgender\u00a0California\u00a0woman<\/em><\/span>, to serve two years in a juvenile facility after she<\/em><\/span> pleaded guilty to\u00a0sexually assaulting\u00a0a 10-year-old girl in 2014 \u2014 but not before excoriating far-left District Attorney George Gascon, whose office declined to prosecute the repeat offender<\/em><\/span> as an adult<\/em><\/span>.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Tubbs, 26, just recently pleaded guilty to molesting the girl in a woman’s bathroom eight years ago when she was two weeks away from turning 18.<\/span> At the time of the crime, she identified as male and went by James Tubbs. She<\/em><\/span> did not identify as female until after she was taken into custody<\/em><\/span>, according to prosecutors.<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

“Tubbs is 26-years-old. Unlike George Gascon\u2019s false narrative, she is not a \u2018kid.\u2019<\/span> There was evidence presented at the juvenile proceedings which showed that Tubbs sexually assaulted two young girls in different incidents in the past,” L.A. Deputy District Attorney Jon Hatami, assigned to the Complex Child Abuse Unit, told Fox News Digital. “The child victims will suffer lifelong trauma.<\/span>\u00a0Tubbs also<\/em><\/span> has prior violent<\/em><\/span> convictions and conduct as an adult<\/em><\/span>.”<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Prosecutors say Tubbs walked into the bathroom of a Denny\u2019s in 2014 and grabbed the 10-year-old by the throat, locked her in a stall, and put her<\/em><\/span> hand down the girl\u2019s pants.<\/span> Tubbs stopped when another person walked into the restroom,\u00a0the Los Angeles Times<\/a><\/em><\/span>\u00a0reported.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Because Tubbs began identifying as female after she<\/em><\/span> was taken into custody, and Gascon refused<\/em><\/span> to try her<\/em><\/span> as an adult, Tubbs was sentenced to two years in a juvenile facility<\/em><\/span>. \u00a0In L.A. County, juvenile facilities can house both<\/em><\/span> females and males, but in separate areas, Tubbs<\/em><\/span> will be housed with the females<\/em><\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/span>…”<\/p>\n

Austin 6th Street mass shooting suspect released without bail<\/span><\/a><\/span><\/h1>\n

“An 18-year-old arrested in connection to a deadly mass shooting in\u00a0Austin,\u00a0Texas, has been released back onto the streets while he awaits trial without having to pay any bail<\/em><\/span>.\u00a0<\/strong><\/span>Jeremiah Tabb, 18, was indicted on a charge of tampering with evidence by disposing of an illegal gun involved in a shooting that killed one person and injured 14 in Austin in June 2021 and was released on a personal bond on January 20,\u00a0according to KVUE.<\/span><\/u><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

While Tabb was not required to put down any money in order to be released, the judge did attach a $150,000 condition on his release meaning he would have to pay if he does not attend his future court hearings.\u00a0<\/strong><\/span>Tabb, a gang member who allegedly instigated the shooting and fired at a rival gang member<\/em><\/span>, was indicted in December 2021 for allegedly disposing of the weapon that shooting suspect De\u2019Ondre Jermirris White used in the<\/span>\u00a0mass shooting<\/a><\/em><\/span>\u00a0in downtown Austin that killed 25-year-old Douglas Kantor, a Ford Motor Co. employee from Michigan who was in Austin to celebrate earning his master’s degree, and left 14 people injured.<\/span><\/span> Sixth Street is the heart of Austin’s live music and entertainment scene.\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Tabb was initially arrested and charged for aggravated assault before those charges were dropped when White was identified as the shooter who killed Kantor.<\/span>\u00a0<\/u>A different judge previously denied a lower bond for Tabb on January 13 before the new judge allowed him to be released on January 20.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Tabb\u2019s release comes as progressive Travis County District Attorney Jose Garza has faced criticism since taking office last year for releasing violent criminals back onto the streets and declining to prosecute certain crimes<\/em><\/span><\/strong><\/span>…”<\/p>\n

And if that example of Progressive permissiveness doesn’t get your blood boiling, NRO<\/em> is reporting the teenager found guilty of committing multiple sexual assaults in multiple Loudoun County, Va. schools will not have to register as a sex offender after Judge Pamela Brooks reversed an earlier ruling on Friday<\/em><\/span><\/a>.\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong>He was found guilty on multiple counts earlier this month, when Brooks had originally<\/span><\/em> sentenced him to both probation and<\/em><\/span> a spot on the sex offender registry, but his lawyers claimed he was being unfairly penalized as a result of \u201ca national media outcry.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n

Maybe…just maybe…had their client not<\/em><\/span> committed multiple sexual assaults on young girls in the ladies room while pretending to be a female<\/em><\/span>, and Loudoun County authorities not attempted to cover up his crimes<\/em><\/span>, no “national media outcry” need have been raised.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Here’s the juice: Anyone backed by George Soros, Barack Hussein Obama included, is an anti-American determined and devoted to overthrowing the Founders’ Republic and crushing the Constitution.\u00a0 And they’ll use any means, including permitting career criminals to prey on the public, to achieve their end.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The Covid Narrative Falls Apart in South Africa<\/span><\/span><\/a>*<\/span><\/h1>\n

“Last week, China Daily\u00a0published\u00a0an article that perfectly encapsulates the magical thinking taking place worldwide around Covid-19. Titled \u201cPlea for jabs even as Africa infections trend lower,\u201d the piece described how African \u201chealth experts\u201d are \u201cstepping up calls for more<\/em><\/span> people to get vaccinated against COVID-19 in a bid to ward off future outbreaks even as trends point to a decline in the growth rate for new infections<\/em><\/span>.\u201d<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

That\u2019s right, despite a clear downward trend<\/em><\/span> in mostly-mild\u00a0Omicron\u00a0cases, \u201chealth experts\u201d want shots imposed indiscriminately<\/em><\/span> throughout the whole population<\/em><\/span>. And adding even more to the cognitive dissonance here are the reasons they cite for the decrease:<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cJohn Nkengasong, director of the Africa CDC, attributed South Africa\u2019s decrease in new infection cases to increased population levels of antibodies, meaning that many people have been infected<\/em><\/span> so hence developed antibodies combined with the high vaccination rate in the country,\u201d wrote Edith Mutethya before adding the kicker: \u201cTo date, South Africa has fully vaccinated 27.3 percent<\/em><\/span> of its population.\u201d<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

This is, of course, a perfect example of how \u2018health officials\u2019 massage and manipulate the facts to suit their narrative<\/em><\/span>.<\/span> In this case, in his drive to get more \u201cjabs,\u201d Nkengasong laughably tells us the country\u2019s \u201chigh vaccination rate\u201d is partially responsible for the decline in Omicron cases<\/em><\/span>. A \u201chigh vaccination rate,\u201d in this case, of\u2026 wait for it\u2026 27.3 percent<\/span><\/em>.<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Granted, 27.3 percent is higher than the meager 10 percent full vaccination rate for the rest of Africa. But given these low percentages, especially by Western standards, one would be forgiven for thinking Covid-19 was raging like a wildfire across the continent, overwhelming hospitals and leaving massive levels of death and severe illness in its wake.<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Except, that\u2019s not the case at all<\/em><\/span>. <\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

…<\/span>After a peak of 37,875 reported cases on Dec. 12, 2021, South Africa\u2014\u2018home\u2019 of the Omicron variant that now dominates the globe\u2014has seen its case numbers decline steadily since<\/em><\/span>.<\/span> How can this be? Nkengasong, to his credit, tells a partial truth by partially crediting natural immunity<\/em><\/span>.<\/span> He should<\/em><\/span> have stopped there. Why didn\u2019t he?<\/span> I submit that it\u2019s because of the magical thinking<\/em><\/span> around Covid vaccines. Even a paltry 27.3 vaccination rate, he reasons, must<\/span><\/em> have contributed to the decline.<\/span> Would that \u2018health officials\u2019 here in the States were so generous. Instead, the third of the country that remains unvaccinated is blamed for everything from virus spread to the Black Death.<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

We\u2019re told that vaccines against a spike protein that is no longer dominant<\/em><\/span> are the keys to ending the pandemic<\/em><\/span>, but they refuse to explain<\/em><\/span> in light of recent data exactly how<\/em><\/span>. Instead, our overlords allow the majority of the public to falsely blame the unvaccinated<\/em><\/span> for contraction and spread, even while knowing full well<\/em><\/span> that the vaccinated are just as responsible<\/em><\/span>.<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Why is the virus\u00a0raging again<\/a><\/em><\/span>\u00a0in Israel, the most<\/em><\/span> vaccinated and boosted country on the planet<\/em><\/span>? Why is there no statistical difference<\/em><\/span> between virus infection rates in highly vaccinated versus lower uptake areas in the United States?<\/span> Why do the unvaccinated<\/em><\/span> have the lowest infection rate<\/em><\/span> according to disturbing\u00a0newly revealed data<\/a><\/em><\/span>\u00a0from Scotland? I could go on and on. (And yes, we\u00a0have asked<\/a><\/em><\/span>\u00a0the same questions about mask use.)<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

The sad, tragic fact is that their measures<\/em><\/span>, from lockdowns to masks to even vaccine mandates<\/em><\/span>, have done little to nothing to curb the spread of this highly contagious respiratory virus<\/em><\/span>, and taken as a whole they\u2019ve likely done more harm than good<\/em><\/span>.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

I take no pleasure in pointing this out.<\/span> Truly, I wish something HAD worked. If so, we wouldn\u2019t be talking about this two years in.<\/span> But alas, the only thing that\u2019s working<\/em><\/span> is viral attenuation and Omicron infecting everything it touches, regardless of masking or vaccine status<\/em><\/span>.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

It\u2019s not that these vaccines don\u2019t have their uses.<\/span> If someone is at high risk for a bad outcome from Covid, taking the \u201cjab\u201d and even endless boosters could be a smart move. But we were promised something else<\/em><\/span> a year ago, weren\u2019t we?<\/span> \u201cTake the shot<\/em><\/span>,\u201d we were told, \u201cand you can live a normal life free of masks and restrictions<\/em><\/span>.\u201d<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

That promise, like so many others, has been broken and memory-holed, relegated to the dustbin of so many other Faucian \u2018noble lies.\u2019<\/strong><\/span>…”<\/p>\n

Justin Trudeau Ducks the Great Trucker Revolt<\/span><\/h1>\n

“The resistance reveals itself always in unexpected ways. As I type, thousands of truckers (numbers are in flux and are in dispute) are part of a 50-mile-long convoy in\u00a0Canada, headed to the capital city of Ottawa in protest against an egregious vaccine mandate imposed by Prime Minister\u00a0Justin Trudeau.<\/span> They will be joined upon arrival by vast numbers of protestors who are defying the restrictions, closures, and mandates of the last nearly two years.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

The triple-vaccinated Trudeau, meanwhile, has decided that he has to go into deep hiding because he was exposed<\/em><\/span> to Covid.<\/span> A clean, ruling-class, fit, and fashionable lefty like him cannot be expected to face such a pathogen directly. As a member of the vanguard of the lockdown elite, he must never take risks (however small) and must keep himself safe.<\/span> It is merely a matter of coincidence<\/em><\/span> that he will be locked away in hiding<\/em><\/span> as the truckers arrive together with hundreds of thousands of citizens who are fed up with being treated like lab rats<\/em><\/span>.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

Previously, Trudeau had said nearly two years ago that the truckers were heroes.<\/span> On March 31, 2020, he\u00a0tweeted<\/a><\/em><\/span>: \u201cWhile many of us are working from home, there are others who aren\u2019t able to do that\u2014like the truck drivers who are working day and night to make sure our shelves are stocked. So when you can, please\u00a0#ThankATrucker<\/a><\/em><\/span>\u00a0for everything they\u2019re doing and help them however you can.\u201d<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

It\u2019s true.<\/span> Like many \u201cessential workers\u201d in the United States, these truckers bravely faced the virus and many already gained natural immunity, which Canadian law does not recognize<\/em><\/span>. Trudeau decided that they needed to be forced<\/em><\/span> to get the vaccine anyway.<\/span> Keep in mind: these are the people who get food to the stores, packages to homes, and all products that keep life moving. If they don\u2019t drive<\/em><\/span>, the people don\u2019t eat<\/em><\/span>.<\/span> It\u2019s that<\/em><\/span> simple.\u00a0Now Trudeau must deal with<\/span>\u00a0#FreedomConvoy2020<\/a><\/em><\/span>.<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

Few events in modern times have revealed the vast chasm<\/em><\/span> that exists between the ruled and rulers, especially as it pertains to class. For nearly two years, the professional class has experienced a completely different reality<\/em><\/span> than the working class.<\/span> In the United States, this only began to change once the highly vaccinated Zoom class\u00a0got Covid anyway<\/a><\/em><\/span>. Only then<\/em><\/span> did we start seeing articles about how there is no shame in getting sick.<\/span> It appears that in many countries, the working class that was forced into early confrontation with the virus are saying that they aren\u2019t going to take it anymore (and many are playing that song to make the point).<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

It\u2019s a massive workers\u2019 strike but not<\/em><\/span> the kind of communist dreams.<\/span> This is a \u201cworking class\u201d movement that stands squarely for\u00a0freedom\u00a0against all the impositions of the last two years, which were imposed by an overclass with almost no consultation from legislatures<\/em><\/span>. Canada has had some of the worst, much to the shock of its citizens.<\/span> The convoy is an enormous show of power concerning who really keeps the country running.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

The convoy is being joined by truckers from all over the United States too, rising up in solidarity.<\/span> This is easily the most meaningful and impactful protest to emerge in North America. It is being joined by as many as half a million Canadian citizens, who overwhelmingly support this protest, as one can observe from the cheers on the highway along the way.<\/span> Indeed, it\u2019s likely to break the record for the largest trucker convoy in history, as well as the most loved.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

Trudeau, meanwhile, has\u00a0dismissed<\/a><\/em><\/span>\u00a0<\/span>the whole thing as a \u201csmall fringe\u201d of extremists and says it means nothing to him and will change nothing.<\/span> This is because, he says, these truckers hold \u201cunacceptable views.\u201d<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

This is setting up to be one of the most significant clashes in the world in the great battle between freedom and those governments have set out to crush it<\/strong><\/span>…”<\/p>\n
