It’s Monday, March 28th, 2022…but before we begin, in a forward from Jeff Foutch, The Babylon Bee offers twelve hints which should aid even the most educated idiots in determining what every high school graduate knows, or at least did in our day:

Are You A Woman? 12 Signs To Look For

What is a woman? Nobody knows—not even Supreme Court nominees. But we’ve come up with a few key indicators to look for. Run through this list and keep track of how many “yes” answers you come up with. The more affirmatives, the more likely you’re a chick!

1. Are you always cold?

2. Has a human ever popped out of you?

3. Have you ever decorated a bed with six or more pillows?

4. Can you tell the difference between cream white and rustic farmhouse white?

5. Have you run into a curb in the past 24 hours? Be honest, CAROL.

6. DO YOU BLEED? Like, for an extended period of time at regular intervals?

7. Does it take you over three hours to decide what you want to eat?

8. Are you currently a member of at least three pyramid schemes?

9. Do you find simple movie plots hard to follow?

10. Do you frequently describe your emotional state as “fine” when you are not in fact fine?

11. Is your Starbucks drink order anything other than black coffee?

12. Do you have two X chromosomes?

Tally up your number of “Yes” answers and consult this chart:

0-2: There’s a small chance you’re a dude, bro.

3-5: We’re getting some real feminine vibes here.

6-8: Starting to look kinda likely that you’re probably a woman.

9-11: Definitely a woman.

12: You are the final boss of women. Congrats!

Note we wrote bad to worse, as they’ve clearly demonstrated time and again they haven’t even begun to plumb the depths of the worst.  How anyone with half a brain…or the faintest shred of decency…could vote to confirm such a creature to the Supreme Court is beyond us.  Which puts Joe Manchin well below average in his volume of grey matter.

Student Newspaper Retracts Story Because ‘the Majority of Our Quotations Came from White Students

Vassar College’s newspaper, The Miscellany News, wrote a story in February about former Secretary of Homeland Security Jeh Johnson’s decision to [no] longer deliver a commencement speech at the school after he faced campus criticism about his migrant deportation policies.

On Wednesday, the newspaper issued an apology for the article primarily quoting white students, explaining that the editorial board values “diversity and inclusion.” “The majority of our quotations came from white students and therefore we reduced the positions of students of color to a singular, tokenized perspective,” the apology statement read. The statement said the piece was removed in an effort to “prevent further harm among the communities we misrepresented.”

“However, misrepresentation is not the only issue in the article—to state so would be a grievous oversimplification,” the statement read. “Our article exemplifies many of the institutional flaws and structural problems within our paper.” It stated that journalism has “historically been a white-centric, often elitist field, and The Miscellany News is not immune to the consequences of these structures.”

“The publication of the article and its subsequent removal reminds us of the systemic issues our members are implicated in, as well as the privilege and lack of diversity that we have allowed to persist for generations across our boards,” the apology continued. “None of our explanations for the failures of an individual article can mitigate the problem of past coverage on issues related to people of color, nor address in full depth the issue of representation within our board.”

To address the “systemic problems” at The Miscellany News, the newspaper will create a review board separate from the editorial board in an effort to ensure the “veracity” and “integrity” of a quote’s representation, the editorial board’s statement noted…”

Such complete and utter nonsense brings to mind one of our favorite scenes from Monty Python and the Holy Grail, which can be viewed here in full:

In a related item, Friday afternoon the Utah legislature took less than 30 minutes to override governor Spencer Cox’s cowardly veto of a ban on biological males in women’s sports:

The law, HB 11, prohibits “a student of the male sex from competing against another school on a team designated for female students,” and defines “sex” as “the biological, physical condition of being male or female, determined by an individual’s genetics and anatomy at birth.”

Unfortunately, as previously noted, there’s no doubt at least one SCOTUS justice hasn’t a clue as to significance of an individual’s anatomy at birth:

Here’s hoping when Mitt Romney stands for reelection, Utah voters follow the lead of their legislators…along with the good citizens of Wyoming!

Next, we continue our coverage of the WuFlu with this item from FOX, which relates how…

Emails show the Biden admin operated with missing data as CDC issued pandemic guidance

Dr. Anthony Fauci sent CDC Director Rochelle Walensky an article scientifically tearing down the 6-feet rule, emails show

The Biden administration didn’t have data on students’ learning loss when the Centers for Diseases Control and Prevention (CDC) issued its COVID-19 school reopening guidance, internal emails show.

The emails also indicate that Dr. Anthony Fauci flagged an article citing scientific studies disputing the need for students to stay 6 feet apart, noting that the rule appeared to be based on “decades-old research.” Additionally, the CDC denied a Harvard University public health expert’s request for state-level vaccine distribution data, which she needed for her research about how policies affected vaccinations, the emails show.

“These emails show the CDC forged ahead and crafted pandemic policy based on poor data – even after they’ve been warned old and out-of-date research was being used to support their guidelines,” Caitlin Sutherland, executive director of Americans for Public Trust, told Fox News. “First, the CDC allowed teachers’ unions to write the guidance on school reopenings, and now we just learned the CDC isn’t publishing large portions of the COVID data it collects.”

CDC officials recently acknowledged in unrelated internal emails that the agency must clean up its data-gathering process, which hindered the pandemic response, Politico reported.

APT provided the emails to Fox News after obtaining them through Freedom of Information Act requests submitted to the CDC.

The CDC did not respond to a request for comment…”

Just as none of the unprecedented measures the government took to combat the Wuhan virus anything other than catastrophically counterproductive.  And that includes much of what The Donald did.

Fauci Finally Admits Natural Immunity

Yes, Fauci has never worried about consistency or even contradicting himself one day to the next, often without explanation. Too often his doling out “the science” has felt like performance art. Still, the record is that Fauci and all his compatriots either downplayed or denied natural immunity for two years. That has been the source of vast confusion.

In fact, this might have been the most egregious science error of the entire pandemic. It amounted to giving the silent treatment to the most well-established point of cell biology that we have. It was taught to every generation from the 1920s until sometime in the new century when people stopped paying attention in 9th-grade biology class.

There’s no question that this effort to deny natural immunity was systematic and pushed from the top.

How has this changed? In February 2022, the CDC finally published on the topic that they could not forever deny. And now, Fauci himself let the following slip in an interview on March 23, 2022:

When you look at the cases they do not appear to be any more severe [than Omicron] and they do not appear to evade immune responses either from vaccine or prior infection.

What’s critical here is not his debatable claim about vaccines but rather his offhand remark about prior infection. It was tossed off as if: “Everyone knows this.” If so, it is no thanks to him, the CDC, or WHO.

To be sure, everything we’ve known since two years ago—if not 2.5 thousand years—is that immunity from prior Covid infection is real. Vaccines have traditionally been a substitute version of exactly that. Brownstone has assembled fully 150 studies that demonstrate that immunity through infection is effective, broad, and lasting.

Had that messaging been around during lockdowns, the attitude toward the virus would have been very different. We would have clearly seen the present reality from the beginning, namely that endemicity generally arrives in the case of a new virus of this sort due to exposure-induced population immunity. This is how humankind evolved to live in the presence of pathogens.

If we had widespread public awareness of this, the public-health priority would not have been locking down people who can manage exposure but rather alerting those who cannot to be careful until herd immunity in one’s own circle of contacts has been realized via meeting the virus and recovering.

If natural immunity had been rightly seen as the most robust and broad form of immunity from the beginning, and we instead followed the idea of focused protection, the vaccine mandates would have been out of the question.

In other words, the silence of this topic was critical to scaring people all over the world into going along with an unprecedented attack on rights and liberties, thus losing up to two years of childhood education, closing millions of small businesses, and denying people basic religious liberties, in addition to the collapse of public health that resulted in record-breaking alcohol and opioid-related deaths, not to mention lost cancer screenings, childhood vaccinations, and general ill-health both physical and mental.

This stuff is not without consequence. Once might expect some contrition. Instead we get a passing comment and nothing more. After all, frank talk about this subject might be risky: it would imply that their entire mitigation strategy was wrong from the beginning and should never be attempted again.

Here’s the juice in meme form:

Suspect allegedly killed 2 PA troopers in crash after they stopped her for speeding minutes earlier

Jayana Tanae Webb denied bail, ordered held pending April 5 hearing

The woman accused of killing two Pennsylvania state troopers and a third man in a crash on Interstate 95 Monday was pulled over for speeding minutes before the crash, sources say. Those sources say Jayana Tanae Webb was stopped by the same troopers she is accused of killing minutes later, FOX 29 Philadelphia reports.

Troopers Branden T. Sisca, 29, and Martin F. Mack III, 33, pulled over Webb’s 2014 Chevrolet Captiva on I-95 after midnight, but sources say the stop was brief because troopers received a “priority call” for a man walking on the southbound lanes of the highway bear the Broad Street exit. After getting Webb’s driver’s license, registration and insurance information, Mack and Sisca left her with a warning to slow down. Sources tell FOX 29 the entire stop was caught on their dashboard camera and that the interaction lasted less than one minute.

Police said a man later identified as 28-year-old Reyes Rivera Oliveras of Allentown was reported walking in the southbound lanes of I-95 near the sports stadiums in south Philadelphia early Monday. Mack and Sisca were trying to get him off the road when a vehicle “traveling at a high rate of speed” struck all three, police said. All were pronounced dead at the scene, where Webb was arrested.

In a Jan. 15 tweet, Webb appeared to boast about being able to drive while intoxicated…”

Though no one asked, events certainly proved this simpleton wrong.

This was the confluence of two concurrent courses of complete idiocy.  First, it goes without saying Webb shouldn’t have been behind the wheel, and here’s hoping the Pennsylvania justice system honors her victims by placing this lunatic behind bars for the rest of her unnatural life.  But we must also observe Mr. Oliveras never should have been walking along the shoulder of I-95.  One report indicates he was on his way to catch a flight from Philly back home to Puerto Rico, which begs the question why, if he could afford the flight, he couldn’t Uber to the airport.
