Demonstrator Shoots Bystander at Anti-Police Rally in Utah

A bystander was shot after being surrounded by anti-police demonstrators in Provo, Utah on Monday evening.

“A male protestor ran to the SUV on the passenger side, pointed a handgun at driver and shot one round through the window,” the Provo police wrote in a statement. “The driver, who was struck by the bullet, hit the gas trying to leave the situation. The same protestor ran after the vehicle and shot a second round that went through the rear passenger window. The video then shows that the protestor conceals the firearm and continues to protest.”

The department added, “This same protestor later approached another vehicle…striking and breaking the window with the handgun.”…”

We strenuously disagree with the Provo police repeatedly describing this cowardly assassin as a “protestor”.  Once Jesse Taggart (shown above) pulled the trigger, he ceased being merely a “protestor”, and immediately could and should have been described as a would-be killer, particularly as he’s been charged with, among other things, aggravated attempted murder.

Then again, the SUV driver should be thankful he was shot in Utah.  As this clip from Tucker Carlson demonstrates, had he been wounded in St. Louis…

…HE might well have been the one arrested and charged.

Meanwhile, far be it from Missouri’s Republican governor Tate Reeves to call out the St. Louis Circuit Attorney for her abhorrent behavior and unconscionable statements.  And while he released a statement tepidly supporting the McCloskeys, he described the “protesters” as merely having “entered their gate”, rather than the FAR MORE ACCURATE description of “breaking and entering”.

For, as these photos of the gate these criminal trespassers forced open to gain access to a private street demonstrate…

…it’s highly unlikely they were either invited in or used a key.  More importantly, while the McCloskeys were fully within their rights,  at least according to this website, as we alluded to above, every member of this mob is guilty of Trespassing in the First Degree, a Class B Misdemeanor punishable by up to six months in county jail and a $500 fine under Missouri law.

Which further confirms there are indeed at least TWO systems of justice in America.

Still, as this next video suggests, there remains at least a little justice in this world…

…with much, MUCH more to follow in the next.

So much for the value of an Ivy League degree; is it any wonder we refer to them as Educated Idiots?!?  More to follow on Monday regarding this particular example from our alma mater.

Now, here’s an abbreviated edition of The Gouge!

Abbreviated because, frankly, like Lili von Shtupp…

So, unlike Joe Friday, who just went with the facts, today we’re just going with the headlines, though we’ll be resuming the pithy prose in our next edition.

completely correct.
